Research On The Management Strategy Of Uncivilized Behavior Of Field Spectators

Since the professionalization of sports events,the uncivilized behavior of field spectators has accompanied,even if the management department has increased the management of the uncivilized behavior of the field spectators,the uncivilized behavior has been repeatedly banned.Therefore,this study uses the literature method,logical analysis method,participatory observation method,interview method to observe and study the uncivilized behavior management activities of the spectators of the CBA Taiyuan District,carefully analyze the current management status quo and deficiencies,on this basis,further put forward the management strategy of the uncivilized behavior of the field spectators.In order to reduce the occurrence of uncivilized behavior of the field,promote the construction of a harmonious field.Studies show that:(1)The management of the uncivilized behavior of the field spectators is defined as the process of taking effective measures and means to deal with the uncivilized behavior of the spectator in order to realize the harmony of the stadium under the field environment and through the management activities.(2)The main body of management of uncivilized behavior of field spectators is organizational management and social control,the management process is mainly carried out from the pre-match,in-game and post-match,and the management factors affecting the uncivilized behavior of the field spectators can be divided into internal and external factors.(3)The uncivilized behavior management strategy of the field spectators mainly exists the following deficiencies: imperfect facilities and equipment,imperfect rules and regulations,not strict management work in social control,inadequate social forces,spectators itself favorgroup belonging,lack of sense of responsibility,moral misconduct.(4)According to the current management status quo and shortcomings,based on the theory of coordination,the organization-led,social control as a supplement,self-management as a complement to the combination of the "three-way linkage" field spectators uncivilized behavior management strategy.(5)The implementation of the "three-way linkage" management strategy can be summarized as two-way cooperation between organization,society and spectators,and the external coordination of cross-management and the internal coordination of organization,society and spectators each with their respective functions and complementeaching each other.Internal coordination is presented at the organizational level: perfecting facilities and equipment,perfecting rules and regulations,upgrading ticketing procedures,and strengthening internal management.Social level: increase publicity efforts,cultivate social groups,strengthen supervision and governance.field Spectator level: improve their own quality,self-restraint adjustment,enhance the sense of responsibility,regulate moral cognition.
