As a kind of generalized neurodevelopmental disorder, the prevalence of autism is increasing year by year in recent years. The particularity of its clinical symptoms also makes more and more people begin to pay attention to this group.Because autism can be found in children about six months,so childhood is the golden age of rehabilitation treatment. The growth of autistic children has a profound impact on their future development. How to integrate autistic children into normal social life has become the focus of the author’s attention.During the internship of "S organization" in Hohhot, the author carried out field research through in-depth interview and participation observation. From a number of specific examples,it is concluded that children with autism have common clinical characteristics:communication disorder, deviant behavior and physical disorder. At the same time, the author uses the interdisciplinary method, from the perspective of social integration,to explore the current plight of autistic children: mainly in their own, family, society and institutions. The first is autistic children’s self-care life dilemma: lack of self-care ability and rich interpersonal communication;the second is the family level, huge economic and mental pressure makes the family unable to give strong support to autistic children;the third is the social stereotype, the exclusion attitude of peer groups and their parents make it difficult to achieve equal social interaction;finally, the existence of institutions Rehabilitation training also hinders children’s integration into social life.In view of the current plight of autistic children, the author puts forward the social integration mechanism of autistic children in terms of system construction and social construction, aiming to provide relevant methods for this group to truly integrate into social life, and create a more conducive social environment for the development of autistic group life.
