| The National People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference in 2021 pointed out in the deployment of the future development of sports in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period that we should "comprehensively promote the building of a healthy China and carry out extensive national fitness campaigns".In order to promote the construction of "Sports Power" and "Health China ",increase the sense of happiness and gain of the masses,as an important project in the national fitness,bodybuilding is bound to further spread and develop under the boost of the new era,and add more impetus to national fitness better.This research adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,interview and so on,takes the bodybuilding dissemination under the "5W" mode as the research object,analyzes bodybuilding dissemination from the five aspects of dissemination main body,dissemination content,dissemination medium,dissemination effect,dissemination audience in bodybuilding exercise.The aim is to comprehensively understand the current situation of the dissemination of bodybuilding in the new era and better arouse the enthusiasm of audience to participate in bodybuilding.Research conclusions:(1)The dissemination of bodybuilding sports presents diversified characteristics with government departments,bodybuilding associations,individuals,enterprises,and universities as the main body of communication;The body of bodybuilding has played a driving role in bodybuilding,but there are still some limitations,which limit the development space of bodybuilding.(2)The communication content of bodybuilding covers a wide range of fields,the audiences can obtain the information and knowledge of bodybuilding in the process of bodybuilding communication;the communication content of bodybuilding needs to be improved and updated continuously to meet the needs of the audience better.(3)In communications media of bodybuilding,traditional media and new media platforms play the communication function simultaneously,integration of old and new media is emerged;Integration has broadened the communication channels of bodybuilding by the old and new media,more audiences are attracted to participate bodybuilding activity.(4)Bodybuilding communication audience covers a variety of people,the audience is very wide;with the spread of bodybuilding,the audience is gradually refined,and the number of bodybuilding enthusiasts is increasing.(5)In the process of dissemination of bodybuilding,the audience has been positively affected in physically,mentally,socially;In addition,the social attention of bodybuilding is increasing,bodybuilding has huge economic benefits,and the bodybuilding industry promotes the development of social economy.Suggestion:(1)Give full play to the role of the main body of bodybuilding and further broaden the development space of bodybuilding.(2)Optimize the communication content of bodybuilding to meet the needs of different audiences;dig deeper into the cultural connotation of bodybuilding and expand the dissemination of high-quality content.(3)Promote the integration of new and old media,and give full play to the role of new media and traditional media in the dissemination of fitness sports.(4)Pay attention to audience feedback and give full play to the audience’s role in the communication of bodybuilding.(5)Expand the influence of the spread of bodybuilding exercises and carry out in-depth research on bodybuilding exercises. |
