The high jump is a sport that challenges the human body to resist the attraction of the Earth.Among the numerous high jump postures,the main movement at present is the Fosbury flop.In the Fosbury Flop,the strength of the lower limbs plays a decisive role in the sports performance,high Jumper’s lower body strength directly affects the performance of the high jump technique and the final result of the high jump,it is an effective training method to improve the performance of the high jumper by improving the muscle strength of the three joints of the lower limbs.The isomed 2000 isokinetic testing instrument made in Germany was used to test the flexor and extensor muscles of 15 male high jumpers of different sports levels in Jilin Provincial Sports School,Nanguan amateur sports school,middle school attached to Northeast Normal University,Jilin experimental high school and Jilin No The research methods of average power and moment ratio of flexor and extensor muscles are literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.SPSS data analysis of the measured data,combined with sports anatomy of the take-off leg and swing leg muscle strength of the three joints for a comprehensive evaluation,to provide a scientific,effective,systematic reference data of lower limb muscle strength and high jump performance related indicators for grass-roots coaches,hoping to promote the development of grass-roots high jump in Jilin Province.The results show that:(1)The ratio of flexion and extension of the left and right ankle legs is the only index with significant main effect between the grades,and the ratio of flexion and extension of the first grade athletes is greater than that of the second grade athletes.It is concluded that the maximum strength of the ankle joint of the first grade athletes is better than that of the second grade athletes.The ratio of flexion and extension of the take-off leg and the peak torque of the swing leg plays a crucial role in the high jump performance.The larger the ratio of flexion and extension,the better the high jump performance.Under the condition of 90 ? / s angular velocity,the peak torque of the right leg extensor of the knee joint of the first and second level athletes is more significant,and the first level athletes are greater than the second level athletes.There is a significant difference in the total work of knee flexors and extensors at 60 ? / s angular velocity,and the total work of left leg extensors of first-class athletes is significantly greater than that of second-class athletes.It is concluded that the fast strength and explosive force of the knee swing leg extensor of the first level athletes are better than those of the second level athletes.(2)Under the condition of 90?/s angular velocity,the peak torque of the right leg extensor of the knee joint of the first and second level athletes is more significant,and the first level athletes are greater than the second level athletes.There is a significant difference in the total work of knee flexors and extensors at 60 ? / s angular velocity,and the total work of left leg extensors of first-class athletes is significantly greater than that of second-class athletes.It is concluded that the fast strength and explosive force of the knee swing leg extensor of the first level athletes are better than those of the second level athletes.(3)When the peak torque of right leg extensor of hip joint is 60 ? / s,the difference between the first and second class athletes is more significant.The difference of peak moment flexion / extension ratio is more significant at 90 ? / s.When the total work of hip joint is at the angular speed of 60 ? / s,the total work difference between the right leg flexors and extensors of the first and second level athletes is the largest.When the average power of hip joint is at the angular speed of 60 ? / s,the average power of the right leg extensors of the first level athletes is significantly different from that of the second level athletes.It is concluded that the absolute strength of hip swing leg extensor of the first class athletes is greater than that of the second class athletes. |
