Study On The Technical And Tactical Performance Of Youth Football Players In Jiangsu Province

With the rapid improvement of modern football competition,the cultivation of young talents has become the strategic focus of competition among countries.Only by grasping the training of youth football skills and tactics,can the competition have a solid foundation;only by exploring the advantages of youth football skills and tactics can you be qualified to compete in contemporary high-level competitions;only the constant attention to the training of football reserve talents.In order to create fundamental conditions for the sustainable development of football in the country.Therefore,the research on youth football techniques and tactics is in line with the development trend of football in our country,and conforming to the trend is the basic guarantee for the rise of football in our country.This article uses literature data,video observation,mathematical statistics,and comprehensive analysis to analyze the technical and tactical performance of the 2020 Jiangsu Youth Football Championship(men’s 14-15 group).Among them,the video observation method uses SIMI-Scout technical data analysis to organize and analyze the competition data.This article mainly discusses four aspects: offensive technology,offensive tactics,defensive technology,and defensive tactics.The main research conclusions are:In terms of offensive technology,youth teams are not efficient in the use of passing tactics.In shooting offense,although these teams can frequently find shots,the quality of their shots is low.The use of a higher percentage of corner kicks is the key to winning the championship.In terms of offensive tactics,the Jiangsu youth team prefers to use 2 over 1 coordination in the frontcourt.Although the average number of attempts per game is less,the success rate is considerable.Most team midfielders pass the ball to the frontcourt players blindly and pass the ball with low accuracy.In terms of defensive skills,the teams with better performances in the Jiangsu youth football team are not as good as the teams with deviant performance on the defensive end,and the youth football team uses headers to defend the team very inefficiently.In defensive tactics,the pinch and grab tactics are used more often,but the success rate is not high.All teams used the tactics of encirclement and grabbing significantly less than the tactics of grabbing.The main advice is: in terms of offensive technology,don’t over-pursue high ball control,reduce the number of passes in the backcourt,and improve the ball-handling ability in the center and frontcourt.Strengthen the player’s decisiveness in shooting,improve the accuracy of the player’s shooting,and reduce unnecessary actions before shooting.In terms of offensive tactics,individual offensive tactics are combined with overall offensive tactics.When necessary,the individual abilities of the star players can be brought into play,and other players can cooperate to facilitate the formation of partial offensive tactics.In terms of defensive skills,when tackling,a reasonable position and a reasonable time can reduce tackle errors or malicious fouls caused by the tackle;steal the ball must be active in order to affect the opponent’s offensive rhythm and get the ball.In terms of defensive tactics,mixed man-to-man tactics are adopted.When the opponent’s offensive momentum is relatively strong,the frontcourt players should also actively return to the backcourt to participate in the defense,and organize more encirclements when defending.
