| Objective:(1)To understand the physical activity of some compulsory detoxification personnel after leaving the office in Suzhou City;(2)To understand the BMI level of some compulsory detoxification personnel after leaving the office in Suzhou;(3)To analyze gender,age,education level,and marital status,Employment status,and the number of years of drug abuse on the physical activity of compulsory drug detoxification personnel;(4)To test the validity of the accelerometer and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire(long scroll).Research objects and methods: Recruiting 53 post-experience compulsory drug abusers from five districts of Suzhou City as the subjects of investigation.The acceleration sensor combined with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire was used to record 7d physical activity data and evaluate their physical activity for a week.Use height meter and weight scale to collect height and weight data.Use SPSS 22.0 software to analyze the data,KS test whether the data is normal distribution,if the data is normal distribution,use independent sample T test to compare the average difference;gender,age,BMI level,education level,marital status,drug use years and other indicators One-way analysis of variance(One-Way ANOVA)is used for the analysis of mean differences;Mann-Whitney U and Wilcoxon non-parametric tests will be used to analyze non-normally distributed data;questionnaire validity analysis uses one-way variance and Pearman correlation.Results:(1)38% of compulsory drug detoxification personnel were of normal weight,62% of the total number were overweight,obese and underweight,and their BMI level was poor.(2)There is no significant difference in the level of physical activity between genders(P>0.05);there is a significant difference in vigorous physical activity(VPA)between different age groups(P<0.05),30-39 years old(10.3min/ Weeks)were higher than 20-29 years old(3.4min/week)and 40-49 years old(4.9min/week);there was no significant difference in physical activity time between different BMI levels(P>0.05).(3)There is a significant difference in physical activity time between workdays and weekends(P<0.05),and there is no significant difference in gender indicators(P>0.05);the static time(SB)of workdays and weekends and the difference of workdays Light-intensity physical activity(LPA)has significant differences between different age groups(P<0.05).The working day static time(SB)(2778.3min/week)of 20-29 years old is higher than that of 30-39 years old(2350.5min/ Week)and 40-49 years old working day SB(1968.8min/week);30-39 years old weekend static time(SB)(1286.8min/week)is higher than 20-29 years old weekend static time(SB)(1050.3min/ Weeks)and weekend static time(SB)(609.8min/week)for 40-49 years old,light intensity physical activity time(LPA)(918.9min/week)for 40-49 years old on weekdays is higher than30-39 years old on light workdays Intensive physical activity(LPA)(522.5 min/week)and light-intensity physical activity(LPA)time(472.9min/week)on working days for 20-29 years old.(4)There was no significant difference in physical activity time between workdays and weekends in different BMI groups(P>0.05).(5)The duration of moderate-intensity physical activity(MPA)and the time of moderate-high-intensity physical activity(MVPA)of compulsory drug detoxification personnel have significant differences with different education levels(P<0.05);the duration of moderate-intensity physical activity(MPA)of forced drug abusers There is a significant difference in different marital status(P<0.05);the workday static behavior(SB)time of the forced persons is also significantly different under different employment conditions(P<0.05),and the workdays and weekends of the forced persons are lighter.Intensive physical activity(LPA)time has a significant difference in different years of drug use(P<0.05).(6)The correlation between the International Physical Activity Questionnaire(long scroll)and the data measured by the accelerometer is not high(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The BMI level of compulsory drug rehabilitation personnel is relatively poor.(2)The level of physical activity of the forced bans on weekends is lower than that on working days.(3)Age has a certain effect on the high-intensity physical activity(VPA)time,workday static behavior(SB)time,weekend static behavior(SB)time,and light-intensity physical activity time(LPA)of workdays.(4)Educational level,marital status,employment status and length of drug use have a certain impact on the level of physical activity of different intensities of the forced persons.(5)The accelerometer and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire have a low correlation in validity,and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire will overestimate the physical activity time of the population. |
