Objective To investigate the physical data and physical condition of adolescents through three years of longitudinal follow-up survey,in order to obtain more continuous,systematic and complete physical fitness of young people and daily physical activity data to analyze the changes in characteristics,access to Effective relationship between physical activity and physical health of adolescents,and obtain objective factors that affect the daily physical activities of adolescents.Methods In Nantong City,Jiangsu Province,Jinsha Primary School,the154 students were tracked from the fourth grade to sixth grade.The junior secondary schools in Jinjiao Junior High School tracked 160 students three years,in Senior Middle School tracked 165 students three years.After registering the basic information,Body weight,body weight,spirometry,sitting body flexion and other physical indicators were measured.After the end of the physical test,each participant sent a motion accelerometer,the Actigraph GT3 X,and asked the subjects to wear the acceleration sensor continuously for one week,including five study days and two weekend days.After the end of the week,the data were collected and uploaded to the computer.The statistical software was used to analyze the three-year data of the experimental subjects using SAS JMP10 statistical software.Result Analysis of daily physical activity,pupils daily steps,sedentary time,high intensity physical activity time is lower than the high school students,junior high school students(P<0.05),pupils daily light physical activity time is higher than junior high school students,high school students(P<0.05)higher than girls;physical activity time is lower than boys(P<0.05);the daily number of steps of primary school and junior high school third years,high school students are significantly less than the previous two years(P<0.05),junior high school second years of daily activities were higher(P<0.05);physical analysis,primary school boys overweight and obesity rate is higher,third years were respectively 9.1%,22.1% students for three consecutive years;the physique index increased(P<0.05),third years of junior high school students the physical indicators of high growth rate,the high school student physique index lower level(P<0.05),high school physical fitness score and no difference of junior high school students(P>0.05)there was no difference in the amount of daily physical activity between the students with and without physical deterioration(P>0.05),and the improvement in vital capacity was not related to the daily physical activity of the students(P>0.05).Conclusion The student physical activity decreased year by year and the overall low,female students daily in high intensity physical activity is low,students weekend physical activity may be due to low;and the change of the campus sports seniorhigh school entrance examination,junior high school and senior high school students' physique and physical activity level has increased,it is advisable to take physical examination system appropriate to promote students' physical activity;primary school boys overweight and obesity rate is high,the growth of primary and middle school students physique index,the high school student physique index decreased,students did not increase compared with the physical level of junior high school students;students' physique test results had no significant correlation with daily physical activity,should improve and revise the national student physical health standard test index.
