The Design And Development Of Sport Stadium Cloud Management Information System For University Base On Work-Flow Engine

The stadium of university used to be the place for P.E classes.However,due to the development,the stadium became the favorable place where people chose to held the competition and big events.This situation brought great difficulty to the staffs who manage the stadium.The major difficulties is the work-load increasing which cause by tons of inquiring and application.At the same time staffs have no clue to approving the application cause of the complexity of different events.According to the current management circumstances and regarding to the high frequently questions,this paper brings up a solution which is a design of Sport Stadium Cloud Management Information System for University base on Work-Flow Engine.Regarding to the difficulties in the stadium management,both of customers and staffs should be designed as a role of the system.Let the customers to check the information or make application by self-service,let customers input the useful information under the instruction which is set in the system during the application,aid hand to the staffs on approving the application.The applying and approving business like this would be solved by the information management system which based on work-flow engine.On the other hand,due to the randomness and dispersibility of the customers,it is necessary to make sure the stability of the system and keep it on-line always.Therefore,the system will be deployed on cloud server,allow the customers to visit the system anywhere anytime.Through this way,the inquiring and application business can be done by self-service and the difficulty of approving work will be eased.The function of the system for customer included: state check,sport ground reservation,application state check,application with detail inputting.The function for the staffs included: class composing,stadium management,application approving,and so on.The system would relieves the workload of the management staffs,but also using the advantage of work-flow engine to put different kinds of information in order.Eventually,assist the staffs to enhance the working efficiency.After the system programmed,debug the system with white-box and black-box test,such as: debug the code,business requirement match test,response timing test,illegal operation test and so on.The debug result indicated the system match the expectation of the users and able to response in the reasonable time.It has a prevention mechanism to illegal operation.
