| Comrade Deng Xiaoping once wrote:“Teenagers are the future of our country and the inheritors of all our undertakings.” Young athletes are the main source of reserve football talents in the country,It’s the future hope of national football.Jiangsu Women’s Football Team has achieved excellent sports performance,and has also provided many excellent football players for the national team.The selection of elite athletes is mainly through competition,and the high-level competition system is an important part of youth training.Jiangsu teenage women’s football competition system study is less,this article mainly from jiangsu teenage women’s football team,the age structure,the type of competition and popularity,the organization forms,the referee,site resources,the teenage women’s football competition system,for the perfection of the teenage women’s football competition system in jiangsu province and provides the theory basis for the cultivation of reserve talented person.I participated in the referee law enforcement work of Jiangsu Youth Campus Football Competition,and went deep into the match site,Through the method of literature,field investigation and data statistics,to understand the development status of Jiangsu Province’s teenage women’s football competition system,and on this basis,to interview experts in the field of football and competition departments in Jiangsu Province,Finally,the collected data and interview materials are sorted out and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Youth women’s football matches in Jiangsu Province have a relatively perfect organization and management structure.Campus football has been carried out in various prefecture-level cities.Due to various factors,the regional development is unbalanced,and the football development in southern Jiangsu is better than that in central Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu.(2)The youth competition system in Jiangsu Province has been initially established,which still needs to be improved and mature.Youth football matches at all levels are carried out in an orderly manner.On the basis of annual matches,provincial competitions have established four-level league system and four-level competition system centering onthe provincial games,but the stability and fluency of competitions need to be further improved.(3)Jiangsu Province continues to explore the youth football competition system,in recent years,the new set of groups,football atmosphere is good,the number of teams and players increased year by year,but the form of competition is single.(4)Jiangsu provincial government attaches great importance to the development of youth football and has special funds for campus football,which provides a foundation for the sustainable and sound development of youth football competitions.However,the intensity of capital investment needs to be strengthened,the source of funds is single,the lack of social sponsorship,and the influence is small.(5)Teenagers’ football matches in Jiangsu Province are rebroadcast by TV stations and reported by several network media,and there is little publicity before the match.Generally speaking,the effect of media publicity is moderate.(6)In recent years,Jiangsu Province has made reasonable planning of site resources,and increased many 11-a-side and five-a-side cage soccer fields,which can meet the needs of all kinds of competitions at all levels and different entertainment activities of teenagers. |
