| Under the background of the accelerated development of population aging in our country, institutional care is more and more popular, and how to improve the quality of life of institutional care group(mostly the elderly)has become a hot issue of social concern. The survey shows that although many elderly care institutions have realized the importance of physical activity to the health of the elderly, there is still a lack of high-level,complex and long-term "sports medical integration" R & D and intervention care team. Most of the interventions are short-term,fragmented and inefficient, and there is still room for long-term,systematic,normalized and efficient sports intervention care vision It’s a very long distance. There are few researches on the exercise intervention of the elderly, especially the elderly, and the multi-component and life-oriented physical activity intervention is rare. This study will mainly explore the effect of physical activity intervention on the quality of life of the elderly in institutions, and verify the effect of a multi-component physical activity intervention model on improving the quality of life of the elderly in institutions.By using the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire survey and experiment, this study takes the influence of physical activity intervention on the quality of life of the elderly in institutions as the research object, and takes 20 elderly people from Zhongai smart elderly care institution in Maanshan City,Anhui Province as the experimental objects to carry out a 12 week physical activity intervention,Using the method of single group pre-test and post test, this paper analyzes the changes of physical fitness index and SF-36 scale dimensions of institutional elderly before and after the intervention, and analyzes and discusses them. The research results are as follows:(1)Before intervention, the objective indicators of quality of life of the elderly were very low. After 12 weeks of physical activity, the five indexes of the quality of life of the elderly were significantly higher, including grip strength, arm bending in 30 seconds, standing at 30 seconds, walking at 8 feet and walking for 2 minutes(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the difference of body mass index index was not statistically significant.(2)Before the intervention, the scores of eight dimensions of SF-36,the subjective index of quality of life of the elderly in institutions, were very low and in a poor level. After the intervention, the scores of 8 dimensions of SF-36 scale improved a lot, with highly significant differences(P<0.01).(3)Before and after physical activity intervention, the subjective and objective indicators of the quality of life of the elderly in institutions interact and influence each other. The results are as follows:(1)The physical activity intervention program designed in this study can improve the physical health status of the elderly, improve their muscle strength, upper and lower limb strength, aerobic endurance level, flexibility and dynamic balance.(2)Physical activity intervention can improve the physical and mental health status of the elderly, and improve their social adaptability.(3)Physical activity intervention can improve the QOL of the elderly in institutions.(4)As a model of physical activity intervention,"Six physical activity linkages suitable for the elderly health" is a process from simple intervention to careful care.It is efficient, reliable, safe and easy to implement. It has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of the elderly in institutions. |
