Research On The Practice Of Law-Related Education In Colleges And Universities Of Qinghai Province In The New Era

The great influence of law-related education in colleges and universities in the new era on individual growth and talent,university administration by law and national rule of law construction.Starting from the theoretical basis of law-related education in colleges and universities,this study clarifies the main functions of the law-related education in colleges and universities through the interpretation of the basic connotation of law-related education and law-related education in colleges and universities.On this basis,this paper discusses the legal thought of Marx and Engels,the excellent traditional Chinese legal thought,the formation of the concept of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics for the new era of college law-related education to provide theoretical follow.This paper further explores the practical course of college rule of law education,thus demonstrating the practical significance and value of college law-related education in the new era.Based on the growth of the new era of college students in Qinghai requirements and the actual situation of colleges and universities in Qinghai province and the selection of the Qinghai province college students group has carried on the questionnaire survey,through the real status of law-related education in colleges and universities in Qinghai,analyze the problems of law-related education.In order to implement the goals and tasks of law-related education in colleges and universities in Qinghai,it is necessary to grasp the three key aspects.Namely,the construction and improvement of the curriculum system of law-related education in colleges and universities in Qinghai,the reform and innovation of law-related education method,and the enrichment and optimization of the content of law-related education.To further improve the shortcomings and deficiencies of law-related education in Qinghai universities in the practice process,so as to enhance the practice path of law-related education in Qinghai universities in the new era.
