Research On The Characteristics Of Basketball Culture In Ordinary Colleges And Universities In Qinghai Province

As a special social organization,university bears its own unique social responsibility.Colleges and universities play an important role in cultural heritage,scientific research,professional training and training of new scientists.As the core content of education,basketball culture plays an irreplaceable role in the development of colleges and universities.the value system constructed by basketball culture has a unique influence on the thoughts and behaviors of colleges and universities.Encourage teachers and students to pursue common goals,produce strong power,play an incentive role;Through a variety of means to influence the concept and behavior of teachers and students,plays a binding role;Colleges and universities are pregnant with new ideas,new ideas,through the spread and exchange of personnel affect society,play a role in radiation.College basketball culture is a carrier of college culture,it is the sum of college basketball material,system,spirit and behavior culture,is a unique cultural phenomenon with profound connotation and rich extension.Through on-the-spot investigation on the present situation of basketball culture construction in three universities in Qinghai province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of basketball culture construction in three universities in Qinghai province from four aspects of material,system,behavior and spirit,and puts forward some suggestions by consulting relevant literatures and combining with the actual situation.This subject uses the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics,logical reasoning,for three undergraduate colleges in Qinghai province to understand and comprehensive analysis of campus basketball culture.The findings are as follows:(1)from the point of view of material culture,three colleges and universities in Qinghai province on the basketball infrastructure cement field,plastic field and indoor wood field did not meet the standards issued by the state documents,site environment is poor,the existing site has been unable to meet the requirements of teachers' teaching and student activities;(2)from the perspective of system culture,basketball competition,referee level,coaches,athletes level system is not perfect in three colleges and universities in Qinghai province.There is no perfect competition to meet the needs of inter-school competitions,there is not enough training to improve the level of referees and coaches;(3)from the spiritual and cultural point of view,the basic purpose of organizing students to carry out basketball in three colleges and universities in Qinghai province is to cultivate students' team consciousness,fighting spirit and collective sense of honor,students feel that basketball can not only strengthen the body,temper will,enhance self-confidence,but also enhance their social ability,cultivate persistence and innovation spirit;(4)from the behavioral culture point of view,Qinghai province,three colleges and universities campus basketball competition frequency is not very high,in the basketball curriculum content is still lack of innovation,only limited to the basic basketball ability,due to the shortage of school funds and leadership does not pay attention to,inter-school basketball game can not be sustained.
