Research On Affinity Of Ideological And Political Education In Qinghai Universities

The embodiment of affinity in the field of Ideological and political education can effectively improve the effectiveness of education and achieve the goal of education.The research on affinity of Ideological and political education in Qinghai universities has its practical significance and time value.On the basis of literature research,system analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper attempts to put forward the promotion path of affinity of Ideological and political education in Qinghai universities.Grasping the concept of affinity,affinity of Ideological and political education and affinity of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is an important prerequisite for research.Based on the existing research of experts and scholars at home and abroad,this paper discusses the basic content of affinity of Ideological and political education from five elements of educators,educational content,educational methods,educational discourse and educational environment,and mainly analyzes the generation process of affinity of Ideological and political education in Qinghai universities from three aspects of theoretical basis,practical basis and functional analysis.Based on the field investigation,questionnaire survey and random interview of Qinghai University,Qinghai Normal University and Qinghai University for nationalities,this paper explores the achievements and problems of Ideological and political education on the basis of fully grasping the affinity status quo of Ideological and political education,and analyzes the causes of the problems,from the cohesion of educators,the attraction of educational content,the shaping power of educational methods,the cultivation of Ideological and political education From the empathy of educational discourse and the appeal of educational environment,this paper explores the effective path to enhance the affinity.
