| On the occasion of the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions).The "Opinions" pointed out that ideological and political work is the Party’s fine tradition,distinctive characteristics and outstanding political advantages,and is the lifeline of all work.Promoting and improving ideological and political education is an important starting point for national development and social progress in the new era.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important part of the Party’s ideological and political work,which concerns the fundamental issue of what kind of people to train,how to train people and for whom to train people.The concept of affinity not only contains profound humanistic care feelings,but also contains the ideological principle of student-centered,which is a reliable starting point to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and promote the implementation of ideological and political education.Therefore,it is of great value to carry out the research on improving the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Based on the reality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper starts with the related concepts of affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and further clarifies its profound connotation.On this basis,the theoretical basis of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is deeply explored,and the theoretical support of Marxist human theory,the relevant theories of Chinese Marxism,the relevant theories in psychology,and the excellent traditional Chinese culture are put forward.The value implication of enhancing the affinity of ideological and political education is to enhance the effectiveness,enhance the students’ sense of gain,and implement the task of cultivating morality in colleges and universities.Secondly,it analyzes the internal constituent elements and generating mechanism of affinity in ideological and political education,explores the internal laws of its operation,and grasps how affinity is generated and perceived in ideological and political education.Thirdly,based on the actual situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper combs and analyzes the current situation of the declining affinity of ideological and political education,and then refines the construction principle of the affinity improvement path.This paper specifically expounds the feasible paths to strengthen the party’s leading power to ideological and political education,condense the centripetal force of educational goals,shape the appeal of educational subjects,increase the appeal of educational content,enhance the penetration of educational methods and optimize the influence of educational environment,so as to effectively enhance the overall affinity of ideological and political education and exert the effect of ideological and political education. |
