A Study On The Effect Of Smoking Control Policy On Smoking Behavior Among Middle School Students

The problem of smoking on campus has become a common concern of society,schools and families.The middle school students in our country as the future of the motherland have been more and more attention by the society.As we all know,cigarettes are very harmful to young people.Tobacco not only endangers the students’ body,but also seriously affects the students’ normal study and life.For health protection of the students,the school students strictly prohibit smoking in schools,based on the research of the school smoking policies and the internal and external environment,the analysis of influencing factors was significant on smoking behavior of middle school students,through the study of tobacco control policies in favor of the school to find out the emergence of tobacco control policy problems,and find out the cause of these problems,so as to put forward effective optimization strategy to prepare,starting from the students’ health and learning environment,and in response to the national and local call for the establishment of a national "no smoking campus" lay a solid foundation.This paper introduces the current situation of smoking on campus of middle school students in our country.Starting from the implementation of the tobacco control policy on campus,this paper analyzes the related factors affecting the smoking behavior of middle school students.Based on the theory of the comprehensive model of the implementation of the policy of tobacco control and the relationship theory of smoking control policy implementation and smoking behavior,the relationship model between the two is established.Through the form of investigation and interview,this paper makes a practical investigation and visit to the smoking control in 29 middle schools in Shanghai.From the construction of tobacco control system,the propaganda and education of tobacco control,and the environment inside and outside the school,the interview content and a series of scoring standards are formulated,and a first-hand information on the effect of school smoking control policy on students’smoking is obtained.This paper combine the survey data with the school smoking rate by SPSS19.0 statistics software,and carries out linear regression analysis on the sampling data,so it concludes that the school has statistical difference in the linear regression analysis in the implementation and enforcement of tobacco control policy and the behavior of teachers in school smoking,There is a great impact on the smoking behavior of middle school students.In the end,this article starts from the problems existing in the implementation of the school tobacco control policy,analyzes the reasons for these problems,and puts forward a series of optimization strategies to lay a solid foundation for the further improvement of the school’s tobacco control policy.The results show that the impact of school environment on smoking behavior of middle school students is in the upper middle level.The influence of various factors on smoking behavior of middle school students is different,among which the construction of school smoking control system has the greatest impact on smoking behavior of middle school students.The main problems of campus smoke control policy are:the lack of specific system of school smoke control,the absence of functional departments;the lack of effective implementation of smoke control policy;the lack of good smoke control environment inside and outside the school.The optimization strategies of the campus smoking control policy include:the school needs to take flexible measures to punish the smoking control policy and establish a two-way communication network between the school and the parents in the smoking control publicity and education to optimize the problems of the campus smoking control policy itself;the optimization strategies in the implementation process of the smoking control policy are:to strengthen the implementation of the teachers’smoking control and to establish a unified school in the implementation process of the smoking control policy The optimization strategy of the smoke control environment inside and outside the school is to install modern monitoring measures in the school and establish the smoke control measures combining the school and the society.
