| The "Double-shoulder task" mode of universities is a kind of personnel arrangement that is common in the field of higher education management in our country.Specifically,the "Double-shoulder task" mode of universities is an image metaphor for shouldering administration and academics.However,with the continuous advancement of the professionalization process,the long-existing "Double-shoulder task" model in colleges and universities seems to be a "blocker" in this process.Then,analyzing the influence of "Double-shoulder task" and optimizing the "Double-shoulder task" model has both theoretical and practical significance.This paper uses a variety of research methods such as literature research method,comparative research method and interview method.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of "Double-shoulder task" and clarifies the theoretical basis of the "double-shoulder" model.Then,by investigating the basic situation of "double-shoulder" cadres at 9 different levels of colleges and universities,the current status of the "Double-shoulder task" model is clarified,and then from the status quo,it sums up several problems existing in the "Double-shoulder task" model of Chinese universities.Secondly,using role theory,analyze the negative effects brought about by the "Double-shoulder task" model of colleges and universities,including role imbalance,role dislocation,role ambiguity,role contention,etc.,and corroborate these effects through corresponding research methods.At the same time,it summarized and sorted out the interview records,and then analyzed the causes of problems in the "Double-shoulder task" model of colleges and universities,that is,college administration,misleading regulations,and imperfect role heterogeneity systems.After the above analysis of the status quo,problems,influences,and causes of the "Double-shoulder task" model in colleges and universities,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are tentatively put forward,and the conclusion is that the "Double-shoulder task" model itself is necessary,but this This necessity is based and premised on its finiteness.At the same time,the corresponding system design should continue to be improved in the limited "Double-shoulder task" positions.There should be specific,clear and reasonable system specifications from selection,assessment to withdrawal.Only in this way can we better carry out scientific management of the "Double-shoulder task" of universities and turn disorder into order. |
