| Constructing modern university system and improving university governance structure are important connotations of the higher education reform in our country currently.A high quality teaching and management team is the backbone of constructing modern university system,profoundly affects the reform and development prospects of universities.In the universities of our country,“Double-Shoulder-Task” mode is an important part of the teaching and management team,refers to the people who undertake the task of scientific researching and management in the meantime.This paper from the perspective of modern university system,applies literature research,comparative study and interview method.In the part of theory analysis,we firstly defined the meaning of modern university system and “Double-Shoulder-Task” mode,then expounded the close connection between them.In the part of empirical research,taking J University as an example.Firstly,analyzed the general situation of “Double-Shoulder-Task” and summarized the post distribution and group characteristics.Then,deeply analyzed the result of interview from following aspects: personal needs and identity,pros and cons of the mode,the internal and external conflicts,choice of the post,and the factors affecting the “Double-Shoulder-Task”mode.Through above analysis,we put forward the following measures.From external perspective,providing an befitting environment through improving modern university system;from macro perspective,planning reasonable scale according to the characteristics of university;from medium perspective,setting the position in accordance with the features of post;from micro perspective,cultivating the people classifiable on the basis of personal background;from dynamic perspective,formulating a complete assessment and supervision mechanism to improve “Double-Shoulder-Task” mode. |
