Abstract/Summary:
The phenomenon of "double shouldering" in universities had already appeared in Tsinghua University in the 1950 s,but it was in the 1980 s that the word "double shouldering" was put forward and the pattern of "double shouldering" was basically established.Since "Shuang Jian Tiao" model,the advantages and disadvantages about this model and discusses the predicament of "Shuang Jian Tiao" staff has never stopped.The State Council issued on August 18,2015 the Overall Plan for Promoting the Construction of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines as follows:Optimize the internal governance structure is the key to promote run independently managing ability in Chinese colleges and universities,strengthen school management is the focus of internal governance structure in colleges and universities,it is not only to promote the core of the construction of "double top" in China,but also "Shuang Jian Tiao" mode,as the core stakeholders in the internal governance of institutions of higher learning,Deans are also the core elements of internal governance affecting the construction of "Double First-class" universities in China.This thesis is based on stakeholder and principal-agent theory.First of all,through literature research,the evolution process of "double shouldering" mode is combed.Secondly,the semi-structured interview was used to collect and sort out the data.The process of interview design and implementation includes: preparation of interview invitation letter,design of interview outline and selection of interviewees,so as to obtain effective interview data for the implementation of formal interview and serve as the basis for research and analysis.Again,on the basis of literature study,combining the study of the interview data,using the grounded theory to data open coding,associated axis of coding and coding,the final formation of the influence factors of work "Shuang Jian Tiao" dean dilemma model,which further analysis "Shuang Jian Tiao" model the lower long work dilemma: "double top" requirements of the construction of colleges and universities school management system and the lack of a conflict between flexibility,administrative management and difficult to balance for teaching and scientific research,professional management trends and professional limitation of conflict management.Finally,based on the analysis and research of interview data and literature,this paper gives precise measures to the "double-shoulder-carrying" dean’s work dilemma.It puts forward that the university should strengthen the relationship with the departments and enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the management system.Clear and reasonable division of labor;At the same time,for the group of deans,timely organizing on the development trend of higher education,college management,time management and other related training.Based on the above research,the paper makes a review and summary of the context,and at the same time summarizes the shortcomings and puts forward the prospect of research.
