| Remedial teaching is an effective teaching mode of individualization and differentiation for vulnerable groups,which aims to reduce the gap with peers by changing students’ plight.Remedial teaching to persuade returning students is the realistic demand of the current problem of school protection and an important way to make the students "learn well" to persuade them.Therefore,this study first tries to understand the current situation of school life after persuading students to return to school,and then begins to study the action of remedial teaching.The study found that the problems of poor learning foundation,weak motivation,failure to keep up with normal teaching progress,low sense of school ownership and poor interpersonal relationship are common.In order to solve theses problems,this study will study the action of remedial teaching under the guidance of differentiated teaching theory and care education theory.This study will select four students in Grade 6 and carry out three rounds of action research.Each round of action includes four links: planning,action,observation and reflection.Specifically,in the course of the first round of action research,we should focus on changing students’ learning habits,enhancing their learning consciousness,and strengthening the guidance of learning habits in the process of students experiencing learning.Let them feel the sense of achievement and gradually correct learning attitude,improve learning habits.After the first round of action research,the research results are beginning to show,but it is found that the classroom participation of students is not high because of the single teaching activities.In order to enhance students’ participation and interest in learning,some extracurricular games are added to the teaching design.At the same time,through individual remedial ways to further strengthen student guidance,let them feel the sense of achievement in learning,and also feel the care of teachers and students,further improve the interpersonal relationship with teachers and students.Through the promotion of the second round of action research,the students’ learning behavior investment has increased,and the classroom participation is gradually improved.However,the results show that it is difficult for students to internalize what they have learned in the classroom and can not really understand the content of classroom teaching.In order to solve this problem,in the third round of action research,we should add the "small teacher" system,that is,let the excellent students in the class and persuade the students to form one-to-one pairs of help groups to help them understand the knowledge they have learned in the classroom.Further deepen the understanding of teaching content.In this study,there are two main lines,one is the main line,that is,under the guidance of the theory of differentiated teaching,the students are advised to carry out differentiated teaching,improve their learning foundation,and let them feel the sense of success in learning.Another main line is the dark main line,that is,under the guidance of care education theory,care students will run through all the time,in the process of action research will continue to strengthen emotional links through teacher encouragement,student interaction,group games,strengthen communication with teachers and students,gradually improve their interpersonal relationships,let them perceive their own sense of existence,so as to enhance the sense of belonging in schools.These two main lines blend with each other like double helix structure.Finally,through the action research of three rounds of remedial teaching,the exhortation students can be changed from the aspect of study and emotion.Really let them stay and learn well.Through three rounds of action research,this study has carried on the effect analysis,found that the student’s study attitude obviously changes,the study investment has increased,the student has learned the care,the interpersonal relationship has improved.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: care is the emotional need to "stay ",good interpersonal relationship is the lasting motivation to " stay ",differentiated teaching is the necessary method to "learn well ",diversified teaching organization is an important way to promote learning interest,lack of teachers is the key problem to solve the remedial teaching,and principal leadership is the core force to ensure the stable return to school.The following suggestions are put forward: to create a caring learning atmosphere,to strengthen home-school cooperative education,to provide flexible and stratified curriculum content,to increase diversity of fun activities,to provide specialized teachers,and to provide diversified remedial teaching support. |
