Childhood is a critical period for the formation and development of children ’s oral language.Conversation activities serve as the type of language education activities that children use oral language to communicate with others,kindergartens should pay attention to the organization and implementation of conversation activities and promote the development of children’s oral expression ability.But due to the lack of rural kindergarten conversation activities,lack of children’s experience,so the rural kindergarten in urgent need to carry out conversation activities to promote the development of children’s oral expression ability,and the content involved in the conversation activities is within the scope of children’s experience,it is a teaching activity based on children’s real life,represents children’s perception and experience of life.Therefore,this study explores the strategy of effective conversation activities in rural kindergartens with experience teaching as the perspective,so as to optimize the current situation of conversation activities in rural kindergartens.This study is mainly based on action research method,supplemented by observation method,interview method and case analysis method on the strategies of effective conversation activities in rural kindergartens.The author enters the research site,carries on the attribution analysis on the basis of the investigation the conversation activities of W rural kindergartens,and designs the action plan together with W rural kindergarten Y teacher to optimize the development of the conversation activities in rural kindergartens.The whole action study is divided into three stages of implementation.The first stage: enter the conversation activities,experience the rich children’s conversation experience under the horizon.In this stage,the lack of W rural kindergarten conversation activities in the early investigation and analysis is closely related to children’s no words to talk,and it is decided to take the activity practice experience as the main teaching strategy,design the theme activities of "Outdoor Sports Games" to carry out conversation activities to enrich children’s conversation experience,and promote children to have words to talk about.In the first stage,according to the realization of the activity goals,children’s performance and the teacher’s reaction,we find that children has something to talk about,but because of the creation of the real situation in the process of the activity,the children’s emotional experience is insufficient,so the second stage strategy is formulated.The second stage: promote the conversation activities,experience the horizon to trigger children’s emotional experience.In this stage,aiming at the problems of the previous stage,taking the situational simulation experience as the main teaching strategy,the theme activity of "colorful autumn" is designed on the basis of the original teaching plan of this class to carry out the conversation activities to arouse the children’s emotional experience.Based on the implementation effect of this stage,it is found that children’s emotional experience is improved,but the lack of emotional support for teachers leads to a long distance of emotional communication between teachers and children.The third stage: improve the conversation activities,experience the horizon to shorten the emotional communication distance between teachers and children.At this stage,we pay attention to the emotional support of teachers,with emotional communication experience as the main teaching strategy,combined with the class teaching plan to design the theme activities of "love in my heart" to carry out conversation activities to shorten the distance of emotional communication between teachers and children.After the whole action study,according to the children’s performance and the interview and reflection of the cooperative teachers,the children’s oral expression ability has changed to a certain extent.This provides a certain degree of reference value for the cooperative teachers and other preschool teachers to carry out the conversation activities effectively.
