In recent years,with the advent of the information age in the 21 st century,the information technology and communication technology are developing unprecedentedly,the amount of knowledge is expanding rapidly,the process of knowledge renewal is accelerating unprecedentedly,and the human society has experienced unprecedented changes.With the rapid development of information technology,great changes have taken place in people’s study,work and life,and education is inevitably affected by social informatization.In the current high school mathematics classroom,there are a series of new information-based teaching methods and teaching modes,which change teachers’ thinking and way of classroom teaching,students’ enthusiasm and diversity of learning,etc.one of the keys to the effective implementation of these new teaching modes is whether high school mathematics teachers have the corresponding information-based teaching ability.Therefore,it has become an inevitable requirement of the information age to further improve the information teaching ability of high school mathematics teachers.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the current situation of informationbased teaching ability of some senior high school mathematics teachers in Gansu Province,clarify the existing problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward strategies to improve teachers’ information-based teaching ability combined with the educational reality in the new era.The sample selected some senior high school mathematics teachers in Longdong,Gannan,Hexi and central areas of Gansu Province,and used the methods of questionnaire,interview and classroom observation to investigate the information-based teaching ability of senior high school mathematics teachers in these areas.In this paper,the information-based teaching ability of high school mathematics teachers is divided into information-based resource integration ability,informationbased teaching design ability,information-based teaching implementation ability,information-based teaching evaluation ability and information-based teaching reflection ability The differences were analyzed.It is found that senior high school mathematics teachers in Gansu Province have basically possessed the ability to apply information technology in daily teaching,which is manifested in the five dimensions of "teachers’ information resource integration ability","teachers’ information teaching design ability","teachers’ information teaching implementation ability","teachers’ information teaching evaluation ability" and "teachers’ information teaching reflection ability" There is a better trend.By using the interview method,this paper investigates and analyzes the factors that affect the informationized teaching ability of high school mathematics teachers,and sorts out the high-frequency "key words" and "themes" in the interview.It finds that high school mathematics teachers in different regions,ages,titles and ggender have different expectations on the informationized teaching ability of teachers.Thus summed up the influence of high school mathematics teachers information teaching ability of four factors,that is,social factors,school factors,teachers and students factors and other four aspects.In view of these influencing factors,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the informationization teaching ability of high school mathematics teachers from three aspects: teachers’ subject,school environment and social force,that is,to strengthen information concept and improve information literacy;Pay attention to teaching practice,promote the integration of education;Deepen the innovation consciousness,promote the information development;Create a good environment to ensure the development of information;Set up the teacher’s example,display the information demonstration;Innovative cultivation methods to promote professional development;Improve the relevant system,strengthen policy support;Increase capital investment to ensure sustainable development;Change construction idea,promote information development.
