| Due to the rapid development of social informatization,the level of school education informatization has also been improved to a considerable extent,and education informatization is promoting the continuous progress and development of human society.Teachers have gradually become an important force in educational informatization,and the information society has put forward higher demands on teachers’ own informatization capabilities.In order to promote the process of educational informatization,teachers must further enhance their ability to use informatization to meet the teaching needs of the information age.The research on teachers’ informatization application ability is helpful for teachers to adapt to the educational and teaching concepts and requirements under the new background,and has important academic value and practical significance.The research starts from the perspective of information technology application ability,searches a large number of papers related to teachers’ information technology application ability,summarizes relevant policies and domestic scientific research status,and analyzes the development status,nature and influence reasons of educational technology application ability,and improvement measures.Begin by sorting out and analyzing the existing educational achievements.First of all,based on the competency standards and 2.0 action plan and other documents,comprehensively refer to relevant academic papers,and compile questionnaires from four aspects: personal basic information of teachers,information literacy survey,training situation related to informatization application,and other suggestions,and set up interviews at the same time.link to overcome the limitations of the questionnaire.In this study,teachers of middle school A are selected as the survey objects,and data analysis is made on the status of middle school teachers’ informatization application ability through the survey results.Secondly,according to the current situation of teachers’ information technology application ability,summarize the problems and analyze the reasons.Finally,according to the survey results "prescribe the right medicine",methods to improve teachers’ informatization application ability are proposed from the teachers themselves,the school level,and the government level.In order to improve teachers’ informatization application ability,from the perspective of teachers,it is necessary to update the concept of informatization and strengthen the awareness of information.Principals should lead by example and lead by example.Teachers should keep in mind the educational concept of lifelong learning,the correct information application concept and the student-oriented educational concept,strengthen the learning of basic knowledge of information technology,pay attention to the combination of information technology and curriculum,and strengthen cooperation and exchanges.Starting from the school level,do a good job in the management of school hardware measures and the improvement of software resources,pay attention to education publicity and guidance,pay attention to teachers’ professional skills training,strengthen guidance for teachers to formulate career development plans,and increase management efforts.From the government level,improve the reward and punishment system and evaluation mechanism;increase support and improve infrastructure;update and improve the training system,and constantly adjust the training content.The level of school education informatization is a key indicator for evaluating education at present.In the future,it is necessary to pay more attention to the cultivation of teachers’ informatization application ability,strengthen the close integration of computer equipment and curriculum content,and promote the process of school education informatization. |
