| The "Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)" mentioned that the development of information technology has had a great impact on mathematics teaching methods, and clearly pointed out that teachers should use information technology rationally, pay attention to the deep integration of information technology and curriculum content, and be effective Change teaching methods to improve classroom teaching efficiency.Affected by many reasons, there are many problems in the application of information technology by mathematics teachers in rural junior high schools. In order to promote the effective application of information technology for rural junior high school mathematics teachers, this research investigates and analyzes the status quo of rural junior high school mathematics teachers’ information technology application and the problems and causes of its application, and puts forward suggestions for improving rural junior high school mathematics teachers’ information technology application.By consulting the literature and combining the teaching practice, the teacher questionnaire and the student questionnaire were compiled.Using this as the main research tool,125 rural junior high school mathematics teachers and 400 rural junior high school students in J County,Gansu Province were selected as samples.Using literature analysis method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and classroom observation method, the current situation of rural junior high school mathematics teachers’ information technology application is investigated and researched.Statistical analysis of the collected data combined with classroom observations and interviews to obtain the current status of the application of information technology to rural junior high school mathematics teachers is manifested in five aspects:(1)Rural junior high school mathematics teachers lack information technology literacy;(2)Teachers mostly use information technology in new lectures, and there are very few applications of information technology in review courses and exercises;(3)Teachers have information technology in the four fields of "number and algebra, graphics and geometry, statistics and probability, and synthesis and practice".Application, and information technology has the most applications in the field of "graphics and geometry";(4)Teachers’ information technology application methods are mainly based on PPT courseware presentations, and some teachers use geometric sketchpad to teach, and the teaching effect is good, teachers seldom use information technology to carry out online teaching;(5)Teachers’ application of information technology can help students to increase their interest in mathematics learning and to understand and master mathematics knowledge to a certain extent.Based on the investigation of the status quo,it is found that the application of information technology by rural junior high school mathematics teachers has problems such as low level, single form, improper application of some content, insufficient application, and insufficient development and utilization of information technology resources.Based on the analysis of the application status and application problems of rural junior high school mathematics teachers’ information technology,in order to promote the effective application of rural junior high school mathematics teachers’ information technology, the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Teachers should deepen their understanding of the application of information technology to improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching;(2)Teachers should rationally apply information technology based on the characteristics of mathematics curriculum content;(3)Students should actively apply information technology to carry out mathematical inquiry activities;(4)Students should Take the initiative to use the network platform for mathematics learning;(5)Schools should create good conditions for teachers’ information technology application;(6)Schools should provide more training opportunities to improve teachers’ information technology application capabilities;(7)Schools should guide teachers to pay attention to the application of information technology through organization and management. |
