| Background: With the implementation of China’s strategy of strengthening the country through sports,all aspects of the country and society are promoting the construction of a strong country through sports in different ways.General Secretary ***pointed out that developing sports bears the goal of national prosperity,is the way of national rejuvenation,and is related to the development of national education and culture in the future.To promote the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through sports,we must first do a good job in school sports and promote the high-quality development of school sports industry.The development of physical education in colleges and universities accounts for a large proportion in the development of school physical education,which attracts much attention.Swimming,as one of the major events of the Olympic Games,has a long history of development,and it is an important survival skill necessary for modern people.It not only plays a role in strengthening the body,but also can cope with sudden dangerous situations.Swimming is also popular among college students.With the development of swimming into the classroom,some qualified universities have set up swimming elective courses,but the traditional offline teaching has shortcomings and drawbacks.In the era of "internet plus",taking advantage of the convenience of obtaining information on the Internet and the diversity of online education platforms,online online teaching is integrated into traditional swimming teaching,online and offline mixed teaching is realized,and new teaching modes are explored to improve new methods and new ideas for traditional swimming teaching.Objective: The research purpose of this paper is to explore the application model research of mixed teaching mode in swimming elective course in physical education colleges,analyze the influence of mixed teaching mode on the learning effect of swimming elective course in physical education colleges,and prove that mixed teaching is beneficial to improve students’ skill proficiency,improve swimming teaching quality,summarize mixed teaching experience,and promote the development of school physical education.Results:(1)The results of technical compliance test show that the experimental group’s scores with excellent and good standards account for 34.3% and 51% of the total number,respectively,which are slightly higher than those of the control group.(2)The results of technical evaluation showed that the average total score of the two groups was84 points in the experimental group and 80.43 points in the control group.The P value of the technical evaluation score of the students in the two groups was 0.755(p greater than0.05).The total technical evaluation score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.(3)The results of online learning in the experimental group showed that 21 students and 13 students got excellent and good video watching progress respectively;There were 19 and 10 students who gave excellent and good lectures in class respectively,and 6 students were rated as passing,which indicated that although most students could actively speak in class and interact with teachers to learn,some students were still not active.In the discussion after class,22 students were rated as excellent,only 8 and 5students were rated as good and passing,respectively.According to the completion of online homework,there are 17 excellent students,10 good students and 8 qualified students.The number of students in the middle and upper grades is not large,and it is too difficult for teachers to set up test questions,which leads to the students’ low scores.Teachers need to test.Conclusion:(1)Blended teaching mode can effectively improve students’ proficiency in swimming skills and improve teaching quality.Students preview the course independently on the online learning platform in advance.By watching the intuitive swimming teaching videos,they have a certain understanding of swimming knowledge and a correct concept of swimming technical movements.When teaching online and offline,the time on land can be greatly shortened,and the limited classroom time can be used to organize students to practice skills,which is conducive to improving students’ proficiency in skills and movements,thus improving the teaching quality.(2)The results of data analysis in this paper show that the swimming skills of the students in the experimental group are higher than those in the control group,which indicates that it is feasible to apply the blended teaching mode to the teaching of swimming elective courses in physical education institutes.This teaching method can be used for reference in other projects.(3)Combining with the curriculum setting of the learning platform teaching resource database,I summarized the teaching contents of swimming courses and made them into online courses,and organized students to preview,test and assess by using the online platform,so that the swimming courses can give full play to students’ main role in the classroom under the guidance of teachers,and students can learn independently,and their self-study ability and problem-solving ability can be exercised and improved. |
