School-itself teaching research is a kind of educational teaching research activity carried out in schools with primary and secondary school teachers as the main body.The purpose is to help teachers improve teaching level and teaching quality.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,school-based teaching research,as an important means to promote teachers’ professional development and the development of schools and students,has attracted more and more attention.This study selects K primary school in L City as the research object,uses the self-made “primary school school school-based teaching research status questionnaire”,statistical analysis of K primary school school-based teaching and research situation,combined with interviews,observation and physical analysis,the study found that K primary school-based teaching and research has the following characteristics:first,school-based teaching and research is rich in content;second,there are diversified school-based teaching and research forms;third,school-based teaching and research is preliminarily standard.Fourthly,the effect of school-based teaching research is gradually highlighted.The survey also found that there are the following problems in the school-based teaching research of K primary school:firstly,it is recognized that most teachers school-based teaching research recognition and teachers’ attitude towards school-based teaching research is not positive;secondly,in terms of implementation,it shows that the content of school-based teaching research can not meet the needs of teachers,the organization of school-based teaching research is relatively simple.Thirdly,there exist some difficulties in managing,such as the school-based teaching and research system is not perfect,the implementation of the school-based teaching and research system is not complete,and the investment of school-based teaching and research is recognition.The main reasons for the above problems are as follows:first,in terms of cognition,teachers’ school-based teaching and research concept is biased,teachers’ school-based teaching and research awareness is relatively weak,and teachers’ school-based teaching and research ability is relatively low;second,in the implementation aspect,the adaptability of school-based teaching and research content is poor,school-based teaching and research form innovation is insufficient,school-based teaching and research of school-based teaching and research of school-based.Third,in terms of management,the school leaders do not pay enough attention to it,the school lacks the support of professional teaching and research forces,and the source of school-based teaching and research funds is narrow.In view of these reasons,the researchers put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:first,in terms of cognition,teachers should accurately grasp the concept of school-based teaching research and actively establish the awareness of school-based teaching research;second,in the implementation aspect,schools should pay attention to the content of school-based teaching research,which should be rooted in education and teaching practice,pay attention to the innovation of school-based teaching and research organization form,and pay attention to the evaluation and transformation of school-based teaching and research result;third,teachers should pay attention to school-based teaching research content,innovation of school-based teaching and research organization form,In terms of management,the school should further improve the school-based teaching and research system,continue to lead the in-depth development of school-based,teaching and research,and basically guarantee the investment of school-based teaching and research funds. |
