Culture is the lifeblood of a nation and the spiritual home of the people.Acculturation has both group tendency and individual adaptability.Positionwithin the class living habits,teaching environment in the mainland there arevarious don’t adapt to the problems,,their Chinese language foundation is weak,study and life in such a group,individuals will develop in learning and life goodcultural adaptation ability,better adapt to the national mainstream culture,internal job class is a challenge,The education manager of the internal vocationalclass will also form an invisible pressure.Due to the particularity of the studentsin the vocational classes of S Vocational School in Guangzhou,they have littleunderstanding of the Chinese culture in the mainland and are faced with manyproblems of learning inadaptation in the classroom.This paper USES questionnaire investigation of S vocational schools in 160 to investigate job class handed out 160 questionnaires,154 valid questionnaires,and then using classroom observation,interview and case analysis toinvestigation and study,the results of the study show that S vocational schools,professional class classroom management system lack of pertinence,fail tohighlight the particularity of system culture;The internal vocational classteachers’ classroom regulation ability is weak,and the management concept hasnot been updated;Cultural differences lead to inadaptation,internal vocationalstudents lack of self-control.The reasons for these problems lie in the lack ofawareness of the system management of internal vocational classes in Svocational school and the lack of attention to the training of internal vocationalclass teachers.The teachers’ classroom management ability is lacking and theircomprehensive quality needs to be improved.Internal vocational students havenegative learning attitude and weak self-restraint ability.In order to improve the effectiveness of classroom behavior management ofstudents in internal vocational classes,this paper proposes correspondingstrategies for the problems existing in the investigation and research.Firstly,it is necessary to strengthen the student system management in internal vocationalclasses and improve the classroom behavior management system in internalvocational classes.By making the rules of classroom management,standardizingstudents’ classroom behavior and setting up the classroom incentive system,students’ classroom participation can be improved.Secondly,strengthen themanagement skills training of internal vocational class teachers and improve thecomprehensive quality of classroom management.Teachers continue to enrichthe management knowledge of internal vocational classes,promote thecommunication and integration of different cultures in the classroom,andfurther consolidate the unity network between people and Han.Once again,actively create the classroom cultural environment for internal vocational classes,to create a cultural adaptation atmosphere for internal vocational students.Through the proper arrangement of seats to improve the classroom teachingeffect,the use of "appreciation" law,actively create a healthy psychologicalenvironment.Finally,we should strengthen the management of the teachingmode of the mixed classes of the people and the Chinese,and build a harmoniousinterpersonal relationship in class through the learning and competition of thepeople and the Chinese in the same class,so as to further improve the students’ acculturation ability in the internal vocational classes. |
