| In this paper,the development of the integration of sports application and college students’ physical fitness is mainly reflected in the teaching process and leisure time.The feasibility and timeliness of the integration of sports application and college students’ physical fitness are studied.Its advantage is to guide students’ interest in learning with diversified physical education teaching methods,effectively save students’ invalid fitness time,fully improve the utilization rate of school venues,mobilize students’ enthusiasm to participate in sports,and have a good role in promoting the improvement of students’ physical quality and the development of physical and mental health.In Colleges and universities,the traditional sports fitness needs of college students can not be met because of many students,few teachers,lack of venues,and high gym costs.In teaching,the one to many teaching mode is basically adopted.Due to the fact that the actual teachers and venues can not meet the requirements of all students’ multiple skill exercises,effective mastery of sports skills and sports satisfaction,and the students’ self-management ability Because of the low ability,most of the students usually take turns,which leads to the unsatisfactory results of physical health promotion and final examination,and directly affects the improvement of College Students’ overall physical quality and the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness.Therefore,the research and Discussion on the development of the integration of sports application and college students’ physical fitness has certain guiding significance for further innovation of college physical education teaching mode and improvement of scoring system.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper selects some college students in Shanghai as the research objects,and studies the influence of introducing sports application on College Students’ physical fitness,and analyzes the influence of two fusion ways on College Students’ exercise behavior In order to find out the influence and difference of these factors,the following conclusions are drawn.Main findings of the study:1.College students are not satisfied with the number of skill exercises,the mastery of skills and the satisfaction of sports in the teaching of traditional sports fitness,which fully reflects the problems of more students,less teachers and lack of venues in the current college sports class;there are some disadvantages in the leisure time,such as the limitation of sports fitness venues and the lack of professional guidance.2.After the introduction of sports application in Colleges and universities,the main purpose of using sports application in teaching is to check in and clock out and final performance assessment.There are significant differences in the length and intensity of each exercise between different gender students(P < 0.05).There is no significant difference in the weekly exercise frequency(P > 0.05),and the exercise frequency is concentrated in 2 ~ 3 times.It is proved that the introduction of sports application in Colleges and universities has fully constrained and urged students to exercise regularly and gradually develop good physical exercise habits.3.In leisure time,the main purpose of college students using sports application is to monitor sports data and burn fat to slim down.There are significant differences in the exercise frequency and duration of different gender college students(P < 0.05),and there are significant differences in the exercise intensity of different grades(P < 0.05),among which the exercise frequency is concentrated in 1-2 times.4.According to the results of the survey,it is proved that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages of the integration of sports application and college students’ physical fitness,which should be vigorously promoted in Colleges and universities across the country.However,there are some problems in the development process of sports application and college students’ sports fitness integration,such as inconvenient carrying mobile phones,cumbersome operation,too many advertisements,inaccurate monitoring of sports data and unstable operation of software.Suggestions:This paper investigates the problems existing in the two aspects of the integration development of sports application and college students’ physical fitness by questionnaire,and draws a conclusion and puts forward the following suggestions for the existing problems:1.Innovating the methods and ways of physical fitness in Colleges and universities to form the integration of physical education and physical education.2.Optimizing the function of sports app to improve the validity of sports integration.3.Effective combination of portable devices and expansion of campus wireless coverage. |
