Abstract/Summary:
Children are the masters of the country’s future.When young people are wise,China is wise.When young people are strong,China is strong.Children’s physical and mental health development is not only closely related to the family,but also with the healthy development of the whole country,the great rejuvenation of the nation.3-6years old is the period of children’s fastest growth and development,is also the key period of movement development,scientific and reasonable physical activities for children’s physical and mental health development has a greater role in promoting,related research shows that the development of children’s motor skills in the future has a decisive role in the development of movement.In China,the field of early childhood physical education started late and the research is insufficient.There is not much research on whether the design of children’s physical activities is reasonable and whether it follows the laws of children’s physiology and psychology.The teaching content of children’s physical activities is relatively simple and the teaching pattern tends to be patternalized.Insufficient diversification of organizational forms;Insufficient sites,equipment and facilities,etc.In view of the status of sports activities of current grasp to solve the problem,some kindergartens in Shanghai as an example,this paper USES the case analysis,on-the-spot investigation method,interview method and literature method,the design of children’s sports activities content,ways of activities,activity space,and organize the implementation of carding,combined with the development of children’s sports,It gives theoretical guidance to the optimization of all aspects of children’s physical activity design.The study reached the following conclusions:1.There are many ways to achieve the goal of an activity,and it is important to avoid a single activity when designing.There are two main reasons for the problems in the content of children’s physical activities: on the one hand,children’s physical activities are designed with their own quality problems;on the other hand,due to the limitations of equipment and facilities,many contents of children’s physical activities must rely on equipment and facilities.2.The organization and implementation of children’s physical activities need to get rid of the restriction of traditional teaching mode,take students as the theme,and give full play to children’s autonomy.3.Kindergarten needs to increase the capital investment on the hardware of kindergarten,not because of the lack of equipment and facilities to limit the development of children’s independent ability and creative ability.4.The scientific design of children’s sports activities is the premise,first of all,the design concept should be scientific,and then the design content should be scientific,and the design should be carried out on the basis of following the law of children’s development.5.The design of children’s physical activities requires the designer to have physical education background and relatively perfect knowledge reserve.In the kindergarten teachers,the knowledge of preschool education professional physical education is weak,and the knowledge of physical education background teachers is insufficient,so it is necessary to combine the two majors effectively.
