Investigation And Research On Beijing Infant Sports Traininginstitutions

Based on the decline of children's physique,the emergence of various health problems,the adoption of the National Fitness Program and the Outline of the Healthy China 2030 Plan and the Guide to Learning and Development for Children 3-6 years of age,attention has been paid to child sports.There are a lot of children sports training institutions in the society,the emergence of children sports institutions are deeply loved by the majority of parents,it makes up for the lack of kindergarten sports curriculum,greatly enhance the physique of children,improve children's sports ability,enrich children's sports activities,cultivate children to develop sports habits,preschool education Education plays an important role.In this study,through the literature method,Delphi method,mathematical statistics method,case analysis method to study the current situation of children sports training institutions in Beijing.The aim of this study is to promote the better development of the children's sports training institutions in Beijing by selecting six Beijing institutions to conduct research and analysis on their teachers,parents,curriculum and management.provide reference and help for the good development of other child sports training institutions in Beijing.The following conclusions are drawn through the study.(1)Beijing child sports training institutions in teachers and management personnel in accordance with the relevant national standards.However,the problems of high mobility of coaches and heavy workload make them face the shortage of staff.(2)The coach team of the Beijing Children's Sports Training Institute is young and energetic,but its teaching experience is short and the teaching level is not high,which results in the low professional quality of the coaches as a whole.(3)The curriculum content of the Beijing child sports training institution is set according to the child's physique,the interest of the child's activity,the market demand,the parents' request.Its setting follows the law of children's physical and mental development,which is scientific and reasonable,but there are also problems such as slow curriculum renewal,disorder of curriculum system and unsystematic curriculum.(4)Beijing Children's Sports Training Institute is a new retail marketing model for online and offline sales.Online sales platform more,offline sales for different business cooperation,kindergarten cooperation.The marketing strategy mainly uses the product strategy,the price strategy,the channel strategy,the promotion strategy but its brandbuilding word of mouth establishment is very poor,causes its enrollment to face the difficult fund shortage.(5)The number of sports training institutions for young children in Beijing is wide.But its market access threshold is low,the management idea is backward,the internal division of labor is not clear,the system is not perfect and so on.(6)The fun childhood sports hall has high teaching quality,comprehensive curriculum,many departments,clear division of labor,their respective duties,and a more systematic marketing model and larger financial support.
