| With the rapid development of economy and technology,some sub-health phenomena such as obesity,vision,and frailty have gradually expanded in the infant stage.Football is called the number one sport in the world,and infant football is gradually emerging in our country.Subsequently,various documents of infant football were issued one after another,motivating Chinese children’s experts to organize various special activities of infant football,and promoting kindergartens in our country to begin to attach importance to the development of football activities.Due to the late start of children’s football and the lack of professional teachers,children’s athletic ability is restricted by their own development,and adult football teaching is improperly imposed on children.Therefore,in accordance with the characteristics of local kindergartens and the development of children,a set of 5-6 year old children’s football activity curriculum system has been developed to promote the development of children’s physical fitness.This study mainly adopts the method of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Through expert questionnaire,to test indexes including height,weight,20 meters,tennis throw far in succession,standing long jump,crook proneness,feet jump,balance beam.By using the method of random sampling,to select 52 children in the third kindergarten from Guangzhou Baiyun District Sands as subjects.First of all,the multi-element football activity course consists of seven parts and six modules,including gymnastics,dance,walk,run,jump shot,rolling drill,climbing and dodging,jumping and climbing balance,football activities and fun football matches.Secondly,the teaching method is based on game,experience and exploration,cooperation,rhythm and competition.Finally,the development of children’s physical quality is assessed from six aspects of speed,strength,flexibility,agility,coordination and balance through experiments.The results showed that: 1 Before the experiment,there were differences in the physical quality of male and female children,except for the flexibility quality,strength,speed,dexterity,balance and coordination were almost on the same level.2 After three months of intervention,the index comparison before and after the intervention shows that,except for the sitting forward flexion item,which measures flexibility index,which is slightly improved by growth factors,other physical fitness test indexes have been greatly improved.In particular,the comparison before and after the experiment,the control group The development of male children is significantly better than the development of female children’s balance ability.3 After the experiment,the male and female children in the experimental group developed better in strength and speed quality than the control group. |
