Reflection is regarded as an important way of teachers’ professional development,and it is also important for normal school students.Educational practice is a compulsory course for normal school students in their educational practice,at the same time,educational practice provides them with space and time for reflection.Professional practice reflection in the process of educational practice for normal school students can improve the training of pre-service teachers,for individuals,it can promote the pre-professional development of normal school students.In addition,as future teachers,especially our country ensures public-funded normal students to teach after graduation,this will certainly promote the quality of education and teaching.This paper chooses professional practice reflection of normal school students as the research topic,through literature research to understand and analyze the current research situation of professional practice reflection of normal school students at home and abroad,to construct the theoretical basis of professional practice reflection of normal school students,then,in an empirical investigation,the students of J University were taken as the research object,through questionnaire,interview and analysis of reflective materials,this paper describes the status quo of professional practice reflection of the students in J University: the main ways of reflection are in-class reflection(observing other teachers’ class),personal reflection(thinking for yourself)and dialogue reflection(consulting experienced teachers);the level of reflection is in the level of practice,and there is no significant difference in the level of professional reflection between different genders,majors and periods of practice.The deficiencies of professional practice reflection of normal school students are found: the content of reflection is not comprehensive enough;the way of reflection is relatively single;and the level of reflection is relatively low.From the internal and external aspects,this paper probes into the restrictive factors of professional practice reflection of normal school students.The internal factors are: lack of self-reflection awareness;lack of reflection theory;lack of reflection method learning;lack of practice reflection time;need to strengthen reflection motivation.The external factors are:the poor atmosphere of collective reflection;the lack of interpersonal competence;the lack of guidance from instructors;and the need to strengthen university training.The author tries to put forward some strategies to improve the professional practice of normal students from three aspects: universities,practice schools and normal students themselves.The aspect of colleges and universities includes the innovation of practical training means and the optimization of the teaching staff.Internship school aspect,including the establishment of a reflection platform and strengthen vocational guidance.Normal school students’ self-aspect includes strengthening the consciousness of reflection,improving the ability of reflection,increasing the time of reflection and strengthening the responsibility of teachers.
