Professional development of teachers is the core issue of teacher education. For pre-service teachers, it is concerned not only enrich and improve teachers’ professional knowledge inherent structure, more emphasis on practical knowledge and experience generated based on real teaching situation. And education practice,teacher education as an important part of communication is rational knowledge and practical wisdom of the bridge and link, but also shape the career aspirations and enhance professional ethics, deepening the process of vocational teachers’ specialized growing emotional.Since the founding of New China, the Normal Course of Normal Universities mostly follow the former Soviet Union to introduce models to the main courses,fewer general education courses and Basic Courses proportion. In this mode the train out of normal school students have a higher level of expertise, but the horizons of knowledge and educational practice ability is lacking, it is difficult to be a composite of teachers. The moment, the reform and development of quality education for comprehensive capacity of teachers put forward higher requirements, therefore,teachers not only need to have a profound professional theoretical attainments, but also have a strong teaching ability in practice. This is normal universities teachers professional culture put forward higher requirements.Yunnan Normal University, professional education, since its establishment at the beginning, on the spirit of professional education of teachers for the purpose of education in Yunnan, and even basic education and training with a solid foundation,strong ability of high outstanding teachers. To better serve the community, to change the traditional teacher education High school practical ability weak phenomenon, to meet the needs of basic education reform and development, the professional training program has experienced several adjustments, optimizing curriculum system,strengthening practice teaching. But the actual effect, there are still many deficiencies.In this study, educational practice as the starting point for teachers’ professionaldevelopment as theoretical guidance, the use of literature, observation, questionnaires and interviews and other research methods, professional education existing practice patterns based on the analysis, while under the mode 2012 Status of Education conducted professional education practice depth and found the problems and propose appropriate countermeasures. Finally, under the current practice mode embodiment drawbacks and deficiencies exist in the process, he proposed the idea of Yunnan Normal University Education Majors staged progressive educational practice models and propose the basic principles and the main ideas of the model implemented to clarify the basic pursuit of value, identify the major problems in the implementation process should pay attention to the implementation of standardized and systematic management operations.
