The "Name" And "Reality" Of The Practice In Different Places

As an important part of MSW education,internship needs to be explored and improved continuously.However,the off-site internship mode is favored by schools and MSW interns in some regions where social workers are less developed due to its own advantages.However,there are still some problems in practice that deserve reflection.This study mainly USES the method of participatory observation and semi-structured interview as auxiliary methods.Based on the author's internship experience as an intern of MSW in M university in Inner Mongolia and the interview data of more interns from other places,the existing problems of internship in different places are sorted out.And using the system theory Angle of view to analyze the MSW long-distance related interns internship system,school system,organization system and advantages existing in the social system and reality,although interns system has more advantages of the rich theoretical basis,but some problems such as different prepare adequately for the internship matters,although the school system takes theMSW internship training,but lack of support to long-distance training resources,is a specialized agency system,but in the aspect of training the intern is still insufficient to guide and to discriminate different ground interns,seemingly vigorously promote social work development in social system,but it is in trouble,interns even through long-distance internship experience harvest,But do not want to be a social worker in the future.System finally,in view of the problems put forward countermeasures,intern do long-distance adapt to prepare and improve the ability of cultural sensitivity,etc.,the school system to perfect the policy in place to ensure that sufficient long-distance training resources,such as institutional system optimization of long-distance interns work environment,social system to improve the policy to support the practice training,and improve social work treatment in order to make more intern willing to choose social work profession and so on in the future,all parties to improve to make the MSW long-distance practice to reduce the deviation between ideals and reality,better cultivate social worker for the society.This study is also expected to supplement the study of MSW practice in different places.
