Research On Competence Of Physical Education Teacher Educator

Research purposes: To study the competencies of physical education teacher educators and construct a competency model for physical education teacher educators;compile a "Questionnaire on the Competency of Physical Education Teacher Educators" with good reliability and validity;use the questionnaire to measure the competence of physical education teacher educators Strength level,test the difference between different variables.Research method: use literature method,interview method to collect and summarize the competency elements of physical education teacher educators,Delphi method and questionnaire method to determine the final competence elements,and construct the competency model of physical education teacher educators.Using the questionnaire method,the self-compiled "Questionnaire on the Competency of Physical Education Teacher Educators" was distributed and recovered,combined with mathematical statistics,some inappropriate items were deleted,and the final questionnaire was formed,and its reliability and validity were tested through SPSS software Make a difference analysis of the competency level among different variables.Research results:(1)The previous theoretical research has determined the 19 competencies of physical education teacher educators,and initially constructed a theoretical model of the competence of physical education teacher educators.Through exploratory factor analysis,the competence elements of physical education teacher educators are screened and the dimensions of competence of physical education teacher educators are determined,and then confirmatory factor analysis is performed to verify the results of exploratory factor analysis,and finally construct professional attitudes and personal characteristics,Knowledge system,and ability system,four dimensions,Lide-building,benevolence,love and dedication,role recognition,self-confidence,meticulous patience,education and teaching knowledge,subject professional knowledge,cognition of teaching reform,knowledge of teaching resources preparation,education The competency model of physical education teacher educator composed of 13 competencies including teaching ability,sustainable development ability,and human communication ability.(2)The self-compiled "Questionnaire on the Competency of Physical Education Teacher Educators" has determined 67 items of preliminary test questionnaires through three rounds of expert interviews.After exploration and verification,the final25 items are retained to form the final The questionnaire,and through the reliability and validity test,proves that this questionnaire can be effectively applied to the research of the competence type of physical education teacher educators.(3)Using the "Questionnaire on the Competency of Physical Education Teacher Educators" to investigate the competency of physical education teachers and educators,the difference between five different variables,total scores and dimensional scores was analyzed,and it was found that gender and type of teaching were different from each other.The test results on the dimensional scores show that the differences are not significant,but there are certain differences between different teaching ages,different educational backgrounds and different professional titles.Research conclusions:(1)The competency model of physical education teacher educators consists of 4 dimensions and 13 second-order factors.(2)There are significant differences in the competency level of physical education teacher educators with different teaching ages,educational backgrounds,and professional titles.(3)The "Questionnaire on Competency of Physical Education Teacher Educators" compiled is suitable for the investigation of the competency level of physical education teacher educators.
