A Study On The Net Outflow Of Population In Shangzhi

With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,these unprecedented changes have been taken place in Chinese society.From the perspective of the society,our national economics,politics,cultures and other aspects have undergone a qualitative leap since the reform and opening up was carried out.This period is the transition stage of Chinese society.Chinese development has been playing a more and more important role in influencing of countries in the world.With the establishment and perfection of the market economy system in our country,this phenomenon,the floating population,will exist in economic and social development for a long time due to different environments in various regions.Throughout the demographic changes in the northeast of China,it can be seen that it is different from other most parts of China.Population changes in the northeast of China are from the rapid growth after the founding of PRC to the high-speed growth to the family planning system after the implementation of low growth in quantity and from the growth after the founding of PRC to today's aging model in the age of population.In terms of integrating the population situation and the current population outflow phenomenon in the northeast of China,the net outflow of population has become the representative words of the population problem in the northeast of China.In view of these situations,this thesis regards the net outflow of population in Shangzhi,Heilongjiang province as the research subject,studying from the status of the net outflow of population in Shangzhi,reasons and countermeasures several aspects.The first part is the introduction,mainly introducing why to choose the net outflow of population studies and the backgrounds of related theories about the relevant outflow of population to clarify the research significance of a net outflow of population.The second part is the status of the Shangzhi population,concluding a state of net outflows in Shangzhi population,through the geographical location,environment and population scale information field investigation.The third part is the analysis of situation of the population outflow,analyzing the direct and indirect influence of the net outflows to Shangzhi through questionnaire survey and case interview.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of Shangzhi population outflows,combining with a net outflow of population data,questionnaire survey and case interview to discuss the main reasons of Shangzhi net outflow of population from the two aspects of external and internal factors of the net outflow of main factors.The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestion,including some conclusions about the research,as well as the future expecting developments and response measures ofShangzhi in the net outflow of population environment.The sixth part is the conclusion,concluding summary review on causes,effects and countermeasures of the net outflow of population in Shangzhi to put forward the summary conclusions.Through the analysis of Shangzhi population data,it can be found thatthe reasons of the net outflow of population in Shangzhi is rooted in the outcome of the combination action of the national policy,regional economic development and various factors of Shangzhi people.At the same time,Shangzhi demographic transition for the local population change and the public reaction also affect the local economic development and the population continuing outflow.In such an environment,not only it needs the government to guide in macro and policy and improve the regional development environment to stabilize the economy,but also Shangzhi should transform the net outflow of population caused by the decrease in population into advantages to make full use of the advantages of location and resources,planning and adjusting for further restructuring and development.
