During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,urban rail transit has maintained a rapid development trend,and the urban rail transit industry has gradually transformed from "construction-oriented" to "construction and operation".As the "face responsibility",the service quality of urban rail transit service personnel directly affects the spiritual outlook of urban rail transit operation enterprises.In order to cultivate students’ standard service norms and good career image,combined with the requirements of the country,enterprises and the construction of modern vocational education system,this research mainly carried out the following work:Firstly,through the literature research method,the meaning and relevant theoretical basis of role-playing method,script and Urban rail Transit Service Etiquette in secondary vocational school are summarized,and the literature review on role-playing method and script is analyzed and sorted out.Then,taking the students majoring in urban rail transit operation management of secondary vocational schools as the research object,the students’ attitude towards role-playing method was understood through questionnaire survey.Combined with the interview results of teachers of urban rail transit operation management of secondary vocational schools and subway operation enterprises,the problems and shortcomings of role-playing method in the application of urban rail transit Service Etiquette in secondary vocational schools were explored and analyzed.Secondly,in view of such problems,a teaching design model of "three sections,six steps and five elements" of role-playing method is created,the role elements hidden in the textbooks are mined,and the etiquette exclusive drama script with implied difference,credibility and latent text is constructed.In addition,this study also creates a "conscience alley" for students,sets up an exclusive stage,and creates a classroom ecological environment full of sunshine zone.It helps students build a good professional image and realize the perfect integration of role-playing method,script and service etiquette.Thirdly,in the form of quasi-experiment,the teaching and implementation effect of role-playing method in the course "Urban rail Transit Service Etiquette" of secondary vocational schools was tested,and the results of final test scores,practical training and assessment scores,students’ attitudes and the results of role-playing approval scale were analyzed,so as to verify the rationality and effectiveness of role-playing method in the course "Urban rail Transit Service Etiquette" of secondary vocational schools.Then complete the empirical study of role playing method.Finally,after summarizing the conclusions of this study,the paper also prospected the transfer and application of role-playing method from three dimensions: transfer of teaching paradigm,realization of integration of class certificates and pursuit of long-term value,which provided space for expansion and transfer of the application of role-playing method in "Urban rail Transit Service Etiquette" in secondary vocational schools.
