With the rapid development of China’s higher education,the number of people who have received higher education is gradually increasing,and the number of graduate students is also increasing.Graduates are facing many difficulties in employment.Many students are engaged in work unrelated to their major after graduation,and the theoretical knowledge learned in school is not applied to their work,which leads to the waste of educational resources.However,in many disciplines,the master of pedagogy is facing great difficulties in the process of employment.From the emergence of normal education to now,pedagogy has transported a large number of teachers and scientific research personnel for our country,which greatly alleviates the shortage of teachers in our country.But now,the graduates of academic master of pedagogy are facing many difficulties in the process of job hunting,so they have to pay more attention to the problems,In order to solve the employment problem of academic postgraduate of pedagogy,the key is to improve the employability of academic postgraduate of pedagogy.This thesis studies the evaluation of the employability of academic postgraduate of pedagogy,which is particularly important for improving the employability of academic postgraduate of pedagogy.Through reading and combing the literature,this study understands the research status of the evaluation of the employability of the academic postgraduate of pedagogy at home and abroad,draws on the research results of scholars at home and abroad and combines with empirical investigation,and finally constructs the evaluation index system of the employability of the academic postgraduate of pedagogy.It is reflected in the four first level indicators of personality,basic working ability,professional knowledge and skills,and the ability to apply for a job,as well as 27 second level indicators of emotional intelligence,moral level and teachers’ feelings,Finally,a complete evaluation index system is formed.Taking a university as an example,this thesis evaluates and analyzes the employability of academic master of pedagogy through questionnaire survey and interview,and obtains the current situation of the employability of academic master of pedagogy in this university and the different influence of different conditions on the employability of academic master of pedagogy Teachers and students themselves put forward the corresponding promotion strategies from four angles to help the academic postgraduate of pedagogy improve their employability from many aspects,so as to alleviate the employment tension of academic postgraduate of pedagogy.Taking a university as an example,this thesis evaluates and analyzes the employability of master of pedagogy through questionnaire survey and interview,and obtains the current situation of the employability of master of pedagogy in this university and the different influence of different conditions on the employability of master of pedagogy.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding promotion strategies from the four angles of the country,school,teachers and students themselves,and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of the country,school,teachers and students themselves In many ways to help master of education to improve their employability,so as to ease the employment tension of master of education. |
