Study On The Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Population Migration In Islands County

As one of the important elements of social and economic development,the change of population’s spatial distribution will inevitably lead to the reconfiguration and combination of other elements,which will have a great impact on social and economic development.With the proposal of the national policy of building a "maritime power",the island economy shows a trend of rapid development,With the development of island tourism,the population migration presents a special phenomenon that the residents move out and the population outside the island move in.In 2018,except for Dinghai and Chongming District,the population emigration of other island counties(districts)was more than that of the population emigration.The phenomenon is quite serious which is very unfavorable to the construction of China’s maritime power and the promotion of the vigorous development of marine economy.This paper analyzes the spatiotemporal evolution of island population migration from the perspective of overall migration and migration type division,and analyzes the Macro Influencing Factors of island population migration and migration type by constructing the index system of influencing factors,using panel data model and OLS regression estimation method,Taking Changhai County as an example,this paper uses the field survey data to explore the micro influencing factors of island population migration from the micro level,so as to provide reference for clarifying the current situation of island population migration and taking measures to solve the island population problems.The conclusions mainly include the following aspects:Firstly,In the case of the overall trend of island economic development,there are great differences between island counties(districts),and differences in the proportion of the three industrial structures of the island.However,the proportion of the added value of the tertiary industry in GDP changes more consistently,showing an upward trend.Tourism development is generally growing steadily,but there is little space The difference between the two is gradually widening.Secondly,In terms of the evolution characteristics of island population migration,there are obvious differences in time and space of island population migration.From 2009 to 2018,the total amount of island population migration gradually decreases,but there are differences among islands.Chongming district has the largest number of population migration,followed by Pingtan district and Putuo District,while Changhai County and Nan’ao County have the least.From the perspective of migration type area division,it is found that no matter what index is used,the division of island population migration type area has roughly the same trend.The island population migration is more active,and the population migration type area is gradually increasing,while the migration type area is gradually less,and the island population migration phenomenon is more serious.Thirdly,It is found that the influencing factors of different types of island migration,among which the education level is the common influencing factor.The micro factors influencing the migration are analyzed by SPSS software.It is found that the living environment has a significant impact on the willingness of island residents to migrate.It is consistent with the macro level of the study on the influencing factors.and the above macro island research to the influential factors of population migration is relatively consistent,Entertainment facilities,employment environment,medical and health,social welfare,social security,education conditions and natural environment indicators have a significant impact on the migration intention of island residents.However,the public transport conditions have no significant impact on the willingness of island residents to move.It can be found that the convenience of island traffic conditions will promote the migration of island population,but people will not be moved.
