| Physical exercise plays a positive role in promoting college students’ physical and mental health,which has become a consensus in academic circles.College students majoring in physical education are the mainstay of the development of physical education in China,and their academic achievement and achievement goal orientation have always been the focus of academic circles.However,the study on the exercise behavior,goal orientation and its influence on the academic achievement of the college students majoring in physical education is still in the stage of logical speculation.Therefore,this study takes the students majoring in physical education of Guangzhou University as the research object,and with the help of Physical Activity Rating Scale,Achievement Goal Orientation Scale in Sports Field and College Student Academic Achievement Scale,using the method of random sampling,empirical research was conducted on the differences of exercise behavior,academic achievement and achievement goal orientation from demographic variables such as gender,place of origin,grade,etc.,to explore the internal relationship among them.Undoubtedly,it is of great practical significance and theoretical significance to establish scientific learning orientation,develop good exercise habits,and improve the teaching reform effect of higher physical education for college students majoring in physical education.The results show that:1.On the whole,the exercise behavior of college students majoring in physical education is at the middle and upper level.In terms of gender,there were significant differences in exercise intensity and frequency,and boys were higher than girls.There are significant differences in the frequency and time of exercise in the area of origin.Different grades have significant differences in exercise behavior,among which the senior grade is lower than the other two grades.Different majors have significant differences in the intensity and time of exercise.The group with relatively low exercise behavior should adopt scientific and effective methods,design reasonable exercise intensity,time and frequency,and pay attention to the positive effect of exercise behavior on academic achievement.2.The overall level of achievement goal orientation of sports majors is relatively high.Male and female students have significant differences in each dimension of achievement goal orientation.Students from different places of origin have significant differences in social responsibility.Students from urban areas are higher than those from rural areas.Different grades have significant differences in achievement confirmation,different special achievement avoidance goals have significant differences.In terms of teaching methods,we should set different learning tasks and plans according to different students’ achievement goal orientation,improve the low achievement goal students’ achievement to confirm the goal and learning goal,reduce the achievement to avoid the goal,and pay attention to the positive role of achievement goal orientation on academic achievement.3.The overall level of academic achievement of college students majoring in physical education is relatively high.Students of different genders have significant differences in learning cognitive ability and communication ability.Students from different places have significant differences in learning cognitive ability,communication ability and self-management ability.There are significant differences in cognitive ability,communication ability and interpersonal promotion ability among students of different grades.Students of different specialties have significant differences in communication ability and self-management ability.Students with low academic achievement level should make use of exercise behaviors and achievement goals to improve their academic achievement.4.There is a correlation between exercise behavior,achievement goal orientation and academic achievement of sports major college students.Exercise behavior can positively predict academic achievement.Achievement goal orientation can positively predict academic achievement;Achievement goal orientation can positively predict exercise behavior.Achievement goal orientation played a partial mediating role between exercise behavior and academic achievement. |
