The research about academic seeking-help behaviors has become a hot field in educational psychology since 1981. The literature on help seeking in educational contexts has focused on three affect aspects that contain the characteristics of the helper, the task and situational factors, and help seeker. Findings to date, however, have certain conflicts, such as the relationship between teachers' characteristics and student's academic seeking help behavior, the influence of sex and class to help seeking, etc. This article concerns about three questions. The first, translating and emending foreign achievement goal orientation scale, working out teacher and student's relationships questionnaire and teacher's helping scale. The second, analyzing the relationships among achievement goal orientation, teacher and student's relationships, teacher's help, achievement and seeking help. And the last, discussing the difference of sex and class in seeking help behavior. By a series of analysis, including Exploratory and Confirmatory factor analysis, Validity and Reliability analysis, Multivariate analysis of Variance, and Multiple Correlation analysis, etc. The findings indicate that:1. Achievement goal orientation scale, teacher and student's relationship questionnaire, and teacher's helping questionnaire have better validity and reliability.2. Teacher's help and the relationship between teacher and student are two important factors that can predict different patterns of academic help seeking.
