Vocational education can not only improve the quality of the laborers but also plays an important role in national development,With the continuous expansion of the scale and prominence of vocational education,the quality of vocational education has always been the focus of attention and research.However,the low self-regulation learning ability and low learning engagement of learners in vocational school are the important factors that affect the learning quality.Research shows that learning engagement can positively predict academic achievement,and it is an important indicator of learning quality and academic achievement.In recent years,Blended learning,as a new teaching mode,has been introduced and gradually infiltrated into vocational education.On the one hand,blended teaching aims to integrate the dual experience of online learning and traditional classroom learning,providing opportunities to innovate the teaching process,change the teaching structure,and promote learning investment.On the other hand,compared with the uniform characteristics of learning input formed by the traditional classroom,the semi-separation and flexibility of learning time and space in Blended learning make the learning input present greater differences and even differentiation.How to effectively promote learners’ learning engagement has become an important challenge for teachers in Blended learning in vocational schools.Blended learning emphasizes the high integration of online learning and face-to-face teaching.Obviously,the learning investment in blended teaching is affected by the superposition of online learning factors and traditional classroom teaching factors.Based on the COI theory,learning engagement theory and deep learning theory,this study explores the influencing factors and mechanism of secondary vocational students’ learning engagement through empirical research.Through the empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.The factors influencing the learning engagement in the Blended learning of secondary vocational school students and its function path.2.Referring to the influencing factors model and mechanism of learning engagement,through three rounds of action research,this paper puts forward the main strategies to enhance the learning engagement of secondary vocational students in blended learning.3.The teaching strategy has certain effectiveness.After three rounds of action research,the experimental class’ s cognitive input increased by 9%,emotional input increased by 13.7%,and behavioral input increased by 11.3%.While the cognitive input of the control class increased by3.33%,emotional input increased by 3.34%,and behavioral input increased by3.4%.This study puts forward the teaching strategies to promote secondary vocational students’ learning engagement in the Blended learning environment,in order to provide specific reference for secondary vocational colleges to carry out Blended learning practice.
