Body is the material basis of life existence,and it is also the epitome of The Times under the social construction.The body-based fitness practice takes on different forms in different periods.The inherent embodied nature of motion sensing technology provides infinite possibilities for the development of fitness games,which also makes the current research on the body practice of media users in motion sensing fitness games a necessary research topic.In the body-sensing fitness games represented by Switch platform,the body becomes the intermediary connecting the individual and the virtual world.Therefore,the investigation of the body-sensing games on Switch platform and players from the embodied perspective is helpful to analyze when media is embedded in People’s Daily life.What new forms of embodied practice are presented in the communication between players themselves,players and players,and players and the world?Through the investigation of the change of fitness practice,it is found that with the gradual embedding of media,fitness has changed from the original natural state to the media state,and the motion-sensing fitness game is the latest achievement of embodied media embedding represented by motion-sensing technology.Based on the perceptual shaping of the subject,the awakening of emotional memory,the reconstruction of body order and the connection of social relations,embodied media realizes the embedding of fitness and even other fields besides fitness.The body subject in bodybuilding has also been regress and exists as an intermediary connecting the individual with the external environment.When we separate technology from itself and place it in the historical process of media technology change,we can find that the body-sensing fitness game,as a brand new medium symbolizing "human extension",has a profound impact on the presentation form of body form.The value of motion-sensing games is increasingly beyond their entertainment and fitness functions,becoming more of a tool for players to perceive themselves,others,and the world,and increasingly creating a vibrant and possible embodied future.
