| Minority college students are a viable force to promote the all-round development of ethnic regions,as well as the inheritors and advocates of ethnic culture.They shoulder the sacred responsibility of promoting ethnic unity,economic development of ethnic regions,advancing socialist modernization,and safeguarding national unity.Their ideological level,cultural literacy,moral quality and legal literacy are not only related to the all-round development of ethnic minority college students,but also related to the future and hope of the nation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students.This article is based on Marxist ethnic theory,Marxist theory on the all-round development of human beings,and the Chinese Communist Party ethnic theory.The main research methods are the inductive method and the questionnaire survey method,combined with the characteristics and actual conditions of ethnic minority college students,and the ideological and political aspects of ethnic minority college students Research on the current situation and countermeasures of education.First,it sorts out the theoretical basis of ethnic minority college students,and then analyzes the characteristics of ethnic minority college students’ ideological and political education from two aspects: the educational object and the particularity of the educational environment.On this basis,the necessity of ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students is explained from three aspects: the inevitable requirement to promote the all-round development of ethnic minority areas,the internal requirement to promote the all-round development of ethnic minority college students,and the objective requirement to build a harmonious campus.Secondly,based on the analysis of the questionnaire,combined with the research results of the predecessors,a simple analysis of the basic situation of the research objects,analysis and summary of the achievements and existing problems of ethnic minority college students’ ideological and political education.Again,it analyzes the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students from the aspects of the relatively weak knowledge ability of some ethnic minority college students to accept ideological and political theory courses,the relative lack of ethnic cultural elements in the transformation of the ideological and political theory course textbook system to the teaching system,and the unique ideological and political education environment.Reasons for problems in education.Finally,it puts forward corresponding measures based on the reasons for the problems in the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students.It aims to solve the current problems in the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students through the joint efforts of many parties,and finally achieve the goal of continuous improvement of the ideological and political education of ethnic minority college students,and the effect of continuous development in the positive direction. |
