Research On The Excellent Traditional Culture Of Ethnic Minorities Into The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students In The Ethnic Minority Areas

Because of the influence of economic globalization and cultural diversity,the ideological concepts of college students in ethnic minority areas are becoming more and more complex and diverse.In particular,ethnic separatist forces,religious extremist forces,violent terrorist forces,under the guise of ethnic and religious forces,exert great influence on young people in ethnic areas,and have a serious impact on students in ethnic areas.National unity,social stability in ethnic areas and national security are faced with severe challenges.Facing the new situation,we must strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students in the ethnic minority areas,and actively explore a new support for promoting the implementation of the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas to constantly enhance their ideological and political quality and moral level.The fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities is an important part of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,is the material and spiritual crystallization of the creation of various ethnic groups in China in the long historical process,carrying the ethnic emotion and spirit.The excellent ideas,spiritual elements and moral principles contained in it have important educational value,so it can and should become the support and approaches to promote the development of the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas.We should make full use of the outstanding elements of the minority traditional culture to serve the current ideological and political education work in ethnic minority areas,which can conserve and improve students' ideological and moral quality,but also can inherit the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the process of absorption and reference.Therefore,the research on carrying out the excellent traditional culture ofethnic minorities into the ideological and political education of college students in the ethnic minority areas,not only help to expand and enrich the vision and space of Ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas and enhance its attractiveness and effectiveness,but also help to inherit,innovate and develop the minority traditional culture,promote national unity,safeguard national cultural security and construct a harmonious ethnic relationship.This thesis is guided by the Marx doctrine of dialectical materialism,historical materialism and the theory of Ideological and political education.We use the literature analysis,investigation method,interview method,logical deduction method,in accordance with the process of putting forward the question,analyzing problems,solving the problem,on the inner relationship between the ideological and political education and culture as the logical starting point,from the perspective of the symbiotic relationship between the excellent traditional culture of the minority and the ideological and political education of college students in the ethnic minority areas to inquiry the feasibility and importance of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minority into the ideological and political education of college students in the ethnic minority areas.Then,through the questionnaire survey and interviews,on the basis of understanding the current situation of the penetration of the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic minorities,analyzing the main problems and reasons,we put forward the value orientation,the content,the way and the optimized countermeasure of the penetration the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities.Based on this,this thesis is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is introduction.First of all,the author makes an analysis of the reason of selecting the issue,indicates the research purpose,and puts forward the theoretical and practical significance of the research.Secondly,this chapter combs and summarizes the current status of the domestic and foreign,analyzes the existing problems and development trend.Thirdly,this chapter expounds the research ideas,methods.The second chapter analyzes the basic theory related to this paper.First of all,this chapter focuses on the characteristics and structure of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities and the characteristics of Ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas,starting from the definition of culture,traditional culture,excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minorityareas,penetration.Secondly,this chapter analysis the theoretical basis from the Marx's thought on cultural education,the discussion of Marx's classical writers on the national traditional culture,the discussion of Chinese leaders on ethnic traditional culture and ethnic ideological and political education,the internal relevance theory of Ideological and political education and culture.Thirdly,the chapter draws lessons from the theory and practice of cultural education,the ideological and political education of ethnic minorities,and the exploration of cultural education and minority education in our traditional society.The third chapter mainly analyzes the feasibility,importance and challenges of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities into the ideological and political education of college students in the ethnic minority areas.The interaction and the internal phase connectivity between the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities and the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas provides the possibility for the penetration of the fine traditional culture of the minority.Research shows,the outstanding traditional culture of ethnic minorities shows the value of educating people in the content,the carrier and the life,and they have the similar value goal,the fit content level and the consistent function.It is not only of great value to the penetration of the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities into the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas for enriching,developing and innovating the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas,promoting the heritage and development of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,but also of great practical significance for strengthening ethnic unity,promoting ethnic harmony,enhance national cohesion.However,in the process of penetration,we will face the challenges of the contradiction between the tradition and modernity of ethnic minority culture,the problem of leading and diversity of the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas,and the multiple complicated cultural environment.The fourth chapter investigates the current situation of the penetration of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities into Ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas by means of questionnaires and interviews.Through investigation and research show that the colleges and universities in ethnic regions especially the colleges and universities named after "nationality",the colleges and universities in ethnic minority ethnic autonomous area have made someachievements in the penetration of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,as follows: excavate the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities from different aspects and integrate into the curriculum system of Ideological and political education,carry out various forms of minority cultural and educational activities.However,there are obvious problems such as the obvious difference among the schools,insufficient systematization and scientification of the penetration work,the content and the form of penetration to be expanded and innovative,the teachers to be strengthened and accepted objects of penetration.Lack of understanding of important value to the culture of Ideological and political education,the misunderstanding of the dominant and the differences in the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas,globalization,the mass culture in the Internet era and other factors to some extent affect the penetration of the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities.The fifth chapter mainly elaborates the value orientation,the content and the way of the penetration of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities into Ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas.We should adhere to the value orientation of the penetration of the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic minorities which follow the advanced socialist culture as the guidance,agree with the Chinese nation's cultural community as the foundation,respect the diversity of national culture as a support.The main contents of the penetration of the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic minorities include: patriotism tradition,ethics and virtue culture,belief worship and custom culture,ecological culture and so on.On this basis,this chapter puts forward the new penetration mode of insertion,transformation and infiltration.The sixth chapter on the basis of empirical investigation puts forward the five basic principles that should be adhered to which are the combination of directionality and regularity,the combination of inculcation and cultural self-consciousness,the integration of theory and practice,the integration of inheritance and innovation,the combination of promoting the communication and integration of the ethnic college students and building a harmonious ethnic relationship in order to realize the effective penetration of the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic minorities.And this chapter discusses the optimizing path from the following aspects:improvement of the curriculum carrier of Ideological and political theory courses as the main channel,innovation of the practice carrier of cultural activities inside and outside the school asthe basis,development of the transmission carrier of the new media and other modern information technology as the main means,improvement of the leadership,organization and team security mechanism of the penetration of excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities,construction of the scientific operation mechanism of the penetration,the attention of environmental construction mechanism of the penetration.The seventh chapter is epilogue.Through the research,this thesis holds that the value factors of Ideological and political education contained in the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities can become an important dimension of its value;the penetration of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities should be a new support and way to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas;the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities only have been creatively excavated,integrated and transformed to become the kinetic energy of thought and rich nourishment of Ideological and political education of college students in ethnic minority areas.Based on the existing research results,the innovation of this thesis is: the research of this thesis is a useful exploration of innovative development of Ideological and political education of college students in Ethnic Areas;Through explaining the mutual relationship between the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities and the ideological and political education of college students in minority areas,illustrates the value of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the ideological and political education of college students in ethnic areas,it can be a new support and way to improve the effectiveness of Ideological and political education for college students in Ethnic Areas;puts forward a systematic and comprehensive approach to realize the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities effectively into Ideological and political education in Minority Areas.Because of the research background and practical experience is limited,this thesis still has many deficiencies in the research,especially is not enough to discuss how to transform the unique spiritual value of the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities into the universal value of Ideological and political education of college students in Ethnic Areas.This thesis also needs to deepen the study of the coupling of the excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities and the ideological and political education of students in Ethnic Areas,the scope of research,the ways and paths of the penetration of the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities.
