Abstract/Summary:
Labor education has always been regarded as an important part of promoting the all-round development of people.After the founding of New China,labor education was officially incorporated into our country’s school education system and gained a place in primary and secondary school education.As the initial stage of compulsory education,elementary school is the cornerstone of talent training in our country.Labor education in elementary school is the main way to cultivate students’ correct labor concept,develop correct labor attitude,and obtain corresponding labor skills.Compared with the beginning of New China,today’s primary labor education has developed and changed to varying degrees in terms of educational purpose,content and implementation under the influence of national policies and the background of the times.This research mainly uses literature research method,historical research method,comparative research method and case research method to sort out the development and changes of primary labor education in the past 70 years since the founding of People’s Republic of China from the perspective of as comprehensive as possible.It mainly includes the following five parts:The first part: Introduction,mainly introduces the research origin and basis of this research,the definition of core concepts,a summary of related literature,and clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this research.The second part: According to the important time nodes of development and the release of decisive policy texts,the development of primary labor education in the past 70 years is divided into four stages of development,namely the exploration and deviation period(1949-1977).The period of adjustment and improvement(1978-2000),the period of integration and weakening(2001-2011),the period of reshaping and redevelopment(2012-2020).In each stage,the primary school labor Education related policies,educational content and implementation.The third part: analyze the factors that affect the development of primary labor education,from the guiding role of politics,the influence of national economic and technological development,the cultural tradition of my country’s emphasis on knowledge over labor,and the influence of educational theories and ideas,To explore the factors that affect the development of primary school labor education.The fourth part: Summarize the characteristics of the development of primary school labor education,namely the following four aspects: from focusing on the "instrumental rationality" of labor education to focusing on "value rationality";the status of labor education is gradually clarified;the content of labor education is constantly updated with the development of the times,The implementation of labor education is gradually diversified.The fifth part: Reflecting on the development of primary school labor education since the founding of New China.Although its development has achieved certain results in more than70 years,there are still some shortcomings.For example,development mainly depends on external promotion,marginal status in school implementation,and related resources.Insufficient utilization,etc.,the countermeasures and suggestions are mainly to improve the labor education policy system to protect the status of labor education;the family,school,and society are multi-agents to promote the implementation of labor education,and actively develop labor education resources to construct scientific labor education in line with the new era.Primary school labor curriculum system required by education.
