| Research Purposes:As an outstanding new force of Chinese track and field,Fang Yaoqing is a promising star in Shaanxi Province.In 2017,he took part in the National Indoor Track and Field Championship(Nanjing),winning the championship with a score of 16.86 M.in 2018,he won the championship with a score of 16.22 M,fang Yaoqing won the2019 Asian Athletics Grand Prix in 17.17 M,creating his own PB and breaking the17.14 m mark at the triple jump.In this paper,the author makes a kinematic analysis of the technical characteristics of Fang Yaoqing in the first half of 2019 in each stage of his four matches,and compares the results with those of the other top five men’s long jumper,to find out the advantages and disadvantages of athlete long jumper’s technique,and the technical differences between him and the other top five men’s third-class athletes,and to analyze the results and feedback them to the coaches,under the guidance of the coaches,the athletes can make up their own deficiencies in triple jump technology in time,provide scientific research services for improving athletic performance more quickly and effectively,and lay a foundation for promoting the integration of training and scientific research,it could also boost the rapid development of the triple jump.Research Methods: In this paper,the top six men’s long jumper(including Fang Yaoqing)in the 2019 national indoor track and Field Championships(Xi’an),the National Track and Field Grand Prix(Jinhua),the national track and Field Championships(Shenyang)and the IAAF World Championships in Athletics trials(Shenyang)are taken as the research objects,by using the methods of literature,the research methods adopted include documentary data method,comparative analysis method,mathematical statistics method,expert interview method,and kinematic analysis method to further study the technical characteristics of different stages.The results are as follows:1.The landing angles of Fang Yaoqing are all within the reasonable range of biomechanics.The angles of each stage of the indoor competition are(69.5 / 68.9 /66.4 /),Grand Prix(67.4 / 67.6 / 65.5 /),championship(70 / 68.3 / 67.5)and World Championship(69.4 / 68.3 / 67.2).Fang Yaoqing’s upper board angle in all four matches(62.2 / 59 / 63.8 / 62.9).Their average value is 61.9,the standard deviation is1.80,the difference is small and no significant difference.It shows that the running and jumping technique of the athlete Fang Yaoqing is relatively stable.2.The last three steps of Fang Yaoqing run-up have a little change,but there is a3.disorder of run-up rhythm.The length of the first three steps is between 2.22 m and 2.35 m,the average is 2.26 m,the standard deviation is 0.05 m,the second step is between 2.22 m and 2.31 m,the average is 2.18 m,the standard deviation is 0.04 m,the last step is between 2.17 m and 2.23 m,the average is 2.18 m,the Standard Deviation is 0.02 M.It shows that the technical rhythm of the final stage of the run-up is relatively stable.4.There was no significant difference in the angle of off-the-ground in each stage of Fang Yaoqing.The angle of departure from the ground in single-leg jumping is 60.2 / 59.8 / 62.2 / 59.5,62.3 / 61 / 63.5 / 61.8 and 64.1 / 61.4 / 64 / 62.3respectively.The athlete Fang Yaoqing in three jumps in the process leaves the ground instantaneous body upward nature to be stable.5.The horizontal speed of Fang Yaoqing decreased in turn in the stage of single-leg jump,stride jump and jump.The loss rate of horizontal velocity in single-leg jumping is between 5.8% and 6.0% with an average value of 6 and a standard deviation of 0.18.The loss rate of Horizontal Velocity in stride jumping is between 13.2% and 14.6% with an average value of 14 and a standard deviation of0.57 The loss rate of horizontal velocity in the jump stage is between 18.6% and19.5%,with an average value of 19.2 and a standard deviation of 0.39.It shows that the difference of the rate of loss of horizontal velocity of the Athlete Fang Yaoqing in the stage of stride jump is large,and the movement technique needs to be improved.6.There is a significant difference between the proportion of three jumps of Fang Yaoqing and that of the world’s outstanding men’s long jumper Edwards.Edwards’ s triple jump ratio: 34.5% 30.0% 35.5% is a speed technique.Fang Yaoqing:35.5% / 30.0% / 33.6%.Xu Xiaolong 33.4% 31.2% 35.4%,Cao Shuo 35.7% 29.05%35.3%,lu zhiwei 37.7% 29.9% 32.5%,Zhu yaming 37.5% 28.0% 34.4%,Wu ruiting 37.9% 28.6% 33.5%.It shows that Fang Yaoqing should shorten the distance of the single-foot jump and improve the stride jump and long jump to improve the performance.7.There was no significant difference in the speed of the last step of Fang Yaoqing(P & GT;0.05).The average board speed in the four races was 10.10 m / s,the standard deviation was 0.05,the maximum speed in the championship was 10.16 m / s,and the minimum board speed in the Grand Prix was 10.02 m / S,which decreased 0.14 m / s compared with the other three races.On the whole,the athlete Fang Yaoqing conforms to the modern men’s triple jump technical characteristics.Research Conclusions:1、The angle of landing is greater than the angle of off the ground,and the overall change is relatively stable in our country’s men’s long jumper.The main performance is in the running and jumping link to avoid the stretch leg to board action,landing angle greatly reduces the body and the ground when the collision,in line with rapid access to the take-off process of technical awareness.The angle difference of Athlete Fang Yaoqing’s take-off Angle is small,the body can get more vertical speed when the pedal touches the ground instantly.2、The last three steps of the Chinese men’s triple long jumper run-up conforms to the development trend of modern men’s triple jump techniques,but Fang Yaoqing still sometimes appears the phenomenon of rhythm disorder,this is one of the factors that affect the take-off effect.3、The swing of the knee joint in the first jump of Chinese men’s long jumper shows a steady rising trend,which is a good performance of the take off technique.4.The proportion of Chinese male triple jumper Fang Yaoqing in the step jump stage is generally low and the movement range changes obviously,which is significantly different from that of world male triple jumper Edwards.5.Chinese male triple jumper Fang yaoqing’s correct swing arm technique is helpful for the balance in the fast approach and jump.it is also helpful for improving the approach speed and triple jump rhythm,increasing the take-off strength and improving the take-off effect.it is also in line with the dynamics theory research. |
