J Province Compulsory Education Equipment Resource Allocation Research

As the material guarantee and technical support of education and teaching,educational equipment is one of the three cornerstones of education and an indispensable and important part of the education system.It is one of the most important factors to promote the balanced development of education and teaching quality.With the development of social economy,the status of educational equipment is raised day by day.Without educational equipment as material support and technical support,compulsory education teaching can not be carried out,one cannot even begin talking about compulsory,and the quality of teaching is even less assured.In 2013,China launched an assessment of the compulsory education’s balanced development.As an important evaluation indicator of the balanced development of the compulsory education,education equipment has been highly valued by governments and relevant departments at all levels.The government has increased funding guarantee investment in J province for the national key education equipment project.It allocates the standardized educational equipment resources to rural schools and weak schools in a centralized and dynamic way,making a breakthrough in the balanced development of compulsory education.Even compulsory education has improved,it has not necessarily improved the quality of education.There is still a great disparity in the quality of running schools among regions,schools and schools,especially in rural areas.In the modern era of educational equipment modernization and educational information,the constantly updated educational equipment resources provide new thoughts for the high-quality development of compulsory education.Based on the most critical educational equipment resources in the allocation of educational resources,this paper analyzes the current theoretical research results among domestic and international countries,aiming at the connotation of educational equipment resources and their relationship with teaching effect and teaching quality.This paper fully demonstrates how to reasonably construct,equip,manage and use educational equipment resources in compulsory education schools so as to give full play to their benefits,sums up the universal problems and deficiencies,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for solving these problems.We hope to provide reference for the high quality development of compulsory education.
