Along with the increased demand and increasingly high degree of attention of the community secondary vocational education. The state of secondary vocational education has become a new spotlight. To promote the professional development of teachers has become a key to run secondary vocational education. However, there are many problems in the current management of secondary vocational school teachers. This study will discuss how to improve management, optimization, innovation, professional development for teachers to provide assistance and support to promote the development of secondary vocational education. This paper has four chapters. It will explore the professional development of teachers in secondary vocational school and the Perspective Management Strategy.The first chapter is the introduction, which is a simple combing of the research background and significance based on the analysis of the domestic and international management of teachers and professional development of teachers under the management literature. Then I carried out the core concepts defined.The second chapter is the concept study. It will combine the connotation of teacher management, the theoretical basis; teacher professional development content and background analysis in order to summarize management of secondary vocational school teachers and teachers’ professional development linkages.The third chapter is the status of research. After the literature and field research, I designed questionnaires to sum up the the current situation, problems and its causes of secondary vocational school teachers manage development.The fourth chapter is the focus of this article, which is proposed to promote the professional development of school teachers, management basic ideas and practical approaches. From changing ideas, innovating concept and guiding teachers’ professional development to improve the system and promote the professional development of teachers; through Innovation mechanism, incentive teacher’s professional development,Innovation environment atmosphere, to promote teacher’s professional development self-innovation, to strengthen the security and stimulate the teachers’ professional development.
