A Study On The Technical And Tactical Application Of Female Wrestlers By The Evolution Of Rules

Competition rules play a very important role in the whole competition.The revision of competition rules will have a certain impact on the development of sports.The change of rules is inextricably closely related to the daily training of athletes.The rules announced for freestyle wrestling are also modified and will be constantly revised according to changes in the Olympic cycle.In recent years,the rules of freestyle wrestling have changed significantly.Th erefore,this study explores the impact of the evolution of freestyle wrestling rules on the development of women wrestlers’ skills and tactics.According to the video of women wrestler competitions of previous Olympic Games,a comparable and h eterosexual reference is selected.Frequent in-depth analysis provides a scientific and effective theoretical basis for women’s wrestling.This paper adopts the literature method,expert interview method,video analysis method,logic analysis method,mathematical statistics method,taking the influence of the evolution of freestyle wrestling rules on the technical and tactical influence of female wrestlers as the research object,and studies the evolution process of freestyle wrestling rules,the influence of changes in competition rules on the technical and tactical use of women wrestlers,and the development of freestyle wrestling system.The study found that the main purpose of the changing rules is to improve th e intensity and resistance of wrestling events,so as to better display a higher,fast er and stronger sportsmanship,so that the game will be more exciting and more o rnamental,so as to adapt to the times and improve influence.The evolution of th e rules strengthens the negative punishment of athletes.The revision of the rules also has a great impact on the gains and losses of athletes,and also increases the i ntensity of confrontation.From the perspective of the evolution of the rules,the r ules of freestyle wrestling are improved in traditional competition rules,and the n umber of events,duration and critical criteria for the results of the competition ha ve been changed.Therefore,the use of skills and tactics in freestyle wrestling com petitions is more important.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)From 2004 to 2020,the rules of competition implemented in the freestyle wrestling events of the five Olympic Games,freestyle wrestling competitions have changed in terms of time,movement score,score,penalty requirements,etc.30 seconds of negative judgement have been added to the new rules,and the absolute advantage of both shoulders has remained unchanged.(2)Under the new rules,women wrestlers are promoted to take the initiative to use technical action offensive,mainly focussing on standing technology scores,and standing technology scores occupy an important position.Data statistics,single legging technology is the single technical action most used in standing technical movements.The success rate of kneeling skills is reduced.The rational use of coherent technical skills is the key to achieving technical scores.(3)The new rules encourage female wrestlers to use offensive Defence tactics more rationally,encourage athletes to score actively offensively,and strengthen the intensity of confrontation.Analyse and summarise that a single technology is not easy to gain advantages.The flexibility of skilled technical movements,combined with personal technical characteristics,adopts appropriate tactics and takes into account offensive and defensive,which is conducive to giving full play to a higher technical level.(4)Wrestling rules improve the traditional rules of competition,improve the pace of the game and speed up the use of movements,make the game more ornamental value,and better promote wrestling events.The new rules strengthen the negative judgement and punishment of athletes,and adapting to the new rules combined with technical tactics is more conducive to winning the game.
