Analysis Of The Technical And Tactical Application Of The Top Three Olympic Level Athletes In The 2018 World Women’s Wrestling Championships

Women’s wrestling as a potential advantage of our country,for the wrestling project,to maintain the vitality and characteristics of the project,the technical and tactical needs of athletes in line with the characteristics of the development of the wrestling project on the basis of continuous development and proficiency.This paper analyzes the technical and tactical application of the top three Olympic level athletes in the 2018 World Women’s wrestling championships by using the methods of literature,interview and video analysis.Through analyzing and understanding the technical and tactical characteristics of the world’s excellent Olympic level women’s wrestlers,it can provide effective participation for China’s national women’s wrestling team to better prepare for the Tokyo Olympic Games and women’s wrestling training Test basis.The results show that:(1)The top three Olympic level athletes of the 2018 World Women’s wrestling championships mainly use the standing technology of holding single leg,transferring and holding both legs,and the kneeling support technology mainly includes cross holding leg,holding waist rolling bridge and locking arm rolling bridge.In this championship,the technique of kneeling,supporting and rolling bridge of Chinese athletes is outstanding,which is mainly reflected in the strong position control ability,simple power,flexible and changeable.(2)The standing techniques of the top three 50 kg athletes are mainly leg holding techniques and transfer techniques,which are characterized by accurate holding of leg time,fast speed and changeable techniques,and the kneeling technique is mainly roller bridge;the standing leg holding techniques of the top three 53 kg athletes are characterized by changeable techniques and fast holding speed.Kneeling support technology is mainly used for rolling bridge and cross holding leg;the standing technology of 57 kg top three athletes is mainly used for holding leg and transfer,and kneeling support technology is mainly used for holding waist and rolling bridge;the standing transfer technology of 62 kg top three athletes is featured with accurate timing,fast speed and strong control ability in later stage;the standing technology of68 kg athletes is relatively comprehensive,and the kneeling support technology is cross The first three athletes of 76 kg level have outstanding skills in transfer and cross grip.(3)The competition tactics of the first three players show the following characteristics: the first three players are all offensive players,the offensive tactics are the main tactics used by the players,accounting for 74.6% of the total tactics used,and the success rate of the defensive and Counterattack Tactics is the highest,86.0%.The overall attack consciousness of the athletes is strong,but the tactical use is relatively single,and the creation of attack time and the consistency of defense and counterattack need to be further strengthened.According to the technical and tactical characteristics of the world’s excellent female wrestlers,it is suggested that Chinese female wrestlers should strengthen the standing technique practice,pay attention to the kneeling support movement training,strengthen the sensitivity and speed training,strengthen the decisive practice of technical use,strengthen the strength and physical strength training,so as to improve the level of Chinese female wrestlers.
